Clean and comfortable room, nice service

Quite a long wait to check in. The TV connections to stream my device didn't work - the most annoying part of the stay Light above the bed flashing on a censor.

Good hotel, close to Elizabeth Line and well priced with decent rooms and clean and secure:

Quarto impecável. Próximo ao underground. Silencioso e higiênico. Recomendo!

rooms are ok. However here are the issues: - TV lacking international channels and streaming apps - mattress very weird and not comfortable - bathroom sink faucet so small you barely have 4cm to pass your hands... ridiculous.

Wir haben kein Frühstück gehabt. Übernachtung war super. Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und toll, wenn man den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs war.

Smutsig toalett och badrum. Dusch var trasig. Hissen fungerade inte. Mycket ljud om nätterna

Cleanliness of toilets could be a lot better . The walls next to toilet seat had pee marks all around.

Tout était excellent

Sadly we were given a room that had not been cleaned! After a 6 hour drive this was very annoying- then had to be reallocated a new room on the 9th floor all taking time and hassle which could easily have been avoided!
