Yo reserve una habitacion de 2 camas para dos personas y me dieron una habitacion de una cama y una camita de bebe porque era lo que habia,creo que es una falta de respeto al consumidor

Great stay. Friendly staff and the cleaning crew was attentive and thorough. Didn’t get much time to use the amenities but they looked great.

Mentre nel complesso la struttura necessita di un po' di manutenzione, le camere sono pulite e funzionali, la posizione ottima perché vicino a metropolitana, ristoranti e locali vari. Rapporto qualità prezzo idoneo.Torneremo.

Voy a empezar destacando los puntos buenos,el personal de recepción los chicos muy simpáticos y serviciales,y el aire acondicionado de la habitación muy bueno,lo que más nos desencantó fué la zona de la piscina,pues era demasiado pequeña,con apenas 6 tumbonas siempre ocupadas con lo cuál no llegamos ni a usarla xk ambos hoteles Ilunion3 y el 4 comparten esa diminuta piscina,la habitación el baño,era un baño prefabricado estilo el que hay en RENFE,los amenities (una pastilla de jabón de manos,gel de ducha y otro gel de manos),y por si fuera poco el WC siempre que te sentabas,la tapa de este se te pegaba de la espalda (verdaderamente desagradable),el tapón del lavamanos no se abría bien con lo cuál los restos de jabón y pasta de dientes se quedaban siempre pegados al lavamanos, en la habitación echamos a faltar un armario en condiciones ya que éramos tres y no había donde colocar la ropa la tuvimos que tener en las maletas,las almohadas de lo más incómodas,el TV no pillaba ni la mitad de los canales,daba problemas de señal y aparte tenía la pantalla con una línea amarilla,(posiblemente de algún golpe),las paredes del WC por fuera sucias,la habitación en sí necesitaría unos arreglos,ya que se veía descuidada, la verdad nos desencantó mucho este hotel, nosotros somos una familia que viajamos mucho y nos hemos hospedado varias veces en Valencia y ha sido la primera vez que hemos quedado tan desencantados, la verdad por ese precio hay hoteles mejores en Valencia:(

Schönes Hotel mit einen sehr tollen Frühstück. Personal war auch sehr freundlich.Um die Ecke war die Metro-Station und ein Supermarkt . Leider war kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer .

Nice property, but a little far from attractions.

Schone hotelkamer. Badkamer was schoon en netjes. Matras was een beetje aan de harde kant, maar het was te doen. Personeel bij de receptie is vriendelijk. Wat echt fijn was, was dat je de airco op een lage stand kon zetten, waardoor je tijdens het slapen weinig geluid hoorde. Dit is iets wat je weinig in hotels terug ziet. Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 3 minuten afstand van een metrostation. Hierdoor ben je zo in het centrum en zo op de luchthaven. Voor de luchthaven hoef je maar 1 keer over te stappen. Bij het metrostation heb je ook een supermarkt en in de buurt heb je wat eetgelegenheden.

There are 2 different areas with rooms: one is very very old and modestly designed (bathroom with a tiny shower, no decoration in the room) and the premium ones are the opposite: very cozy and luxurious designed. I’d recommend to go for the second, because this is a difference between day and night.

Spoke english, but got very defensive when any issues were brought to thier attention. Bathroom shower in the ceiling was dripping water out towards drywall and destroying the drywall. Rooms where clean but the floors looked like they never cleaned them Laundry prices are horrible. For a small bag of clothes was 75 euros that $85 dollars us. Ridiculous

El desayuno, muy recomendado y variado, el personas muy educado, amable y servicial, la limpieza de las Habitaciones y el área de piscina excelente, volvería al Hotel sin dudarlo!

Liked that the cleaning crew worked around my needed time in the room. Did not like the lack of amenities that I had when I stayed in the Ilunion 4 - I realized after booking that there were different room "levels" that would have given me more amenities, such as a fridge in the room and a couch - lesson learned for next time. I also liked the "welcome water" in the lobby every day.
