Muy amables en todo momento. De hecho, tuvimos un detalle con la habitación, y nos ofrecieron otra opción que se adaptara a nuestras necesidades. Muy agradecidos. Y el desayuno muy variado y delicioso.

La habitación ejecutiva estaba muy amplia, cama cómoda king size, bonitos acabados, el baño muy amplio, habitación 361 fresca. La situación está muy cercana a la estación de trenes. Caminando a la plaza principal son como 20 min entre calles muy bellas y llenas de tiendas. Hay restaurantes cerca. El desayuno típico europeo, nada del otro mundo. El personal muy amable con algunos hablan español. Si lo recomiendo 100%

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen spijtig dat onze kamerbuur onze laatste avond verzuurde met steeds op de muur te kloppen het was amper 22u en wij maakten gewoon onze koffers klaar voor vertrek de dag erna. Maar hotel is zeker aan te raden!

Great place if you want to stay right outside the ZTL zone and the wall (beware of that if you are driving). Such a gem of hotel. The staff was super helpful, very kind and serviceable, i mean really really really nice. The room was a little tight for 4, but the bathroom was huge! All super clean, really impeccable. Our bedroom was in the adjacent building but in the ground floor, which made rolling in the luggage a breeze. The room itself had a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle. They were so nice and had the beds made for 4 when we arrived, i.e. they took out the trundle and made the bed as well as the daybed. I yet have to see that happen in the US... very attentive to detail. A very very minor thing, but the bed covers should be updated to be a bit more modern, looked like my grandma's curtains. Nevertheless, it was perfect for one night and also greatly appreciated the AC. The brick ceilings were also very charming. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing! Well worth the stay. They also have parking, but you need to reserve it ahead. We had gotten an email a couple of days before, but bc we were traveling around, I missed their ask if we wanted parking. Nevertheless, we found parking right behind the building so didn't matter at all, but you need to ask ahead for parking as they have limited spots A walk to the center if town is about 20mn and very easy stroll. This place is just perfect!! And Siena is just one of my favorite cities in Italy!!! Perfect combo!

Great location with friendly staff, clean well-appointed rooms and a great breakfast buffet.

Basically all good for the price. Breakfast was satisfactory. My four stars more towards the air-conditioning (we are at ground floor so having the window wide opened without any latch is not really an option, we tried variety settings but at the end decided to go with only fans mode), as well as the shower head for our room. Hotel is well located (just take the escalator inside the shopping mall opposite station to go up hill, then turn right), coin laundrette is opposite hotel. Thank you for accommodating us.

Even though it advertises having an elevator we got put in the annex which does not and so had to climb stairs.

Through all my travels in Italy, this was probably the nicest accommodations. Centrally located and near the train station, large room and excellent breakfast.

It was very close to the City Center and also to a bus stop. We had no car so this came in handy. They were awesome about calling us taxi’s and giving directions and recommendations for places to eat and recommending a cooking class. Breakfast was nice. The only thing they did not have were wash cloths. We use them in the States. I didn’t ask nor did I see any in a cart so I thought possibly just the culture in Italy. We did have them at our hotel in Rome. I should have ask so that is on me! The staff was incredible! If I were to travel to Siena again, I would definitely book this hotel.
