Perfectly located in the heart of the old city, the hotel is an old building with some lovely charm but with that comes some limitations as to how much they can modernise. Nonetheless the staff we’re welcoming and helpful, the room comfortable (albeit rather basic bath shower) and breakfast was fine.

Old bank building has great character but that can lead to awkward room layout and tiny bathroom. Great location but can be noisy depending on which side of building your room is on…bar across the street is open all night. Good breakfast and staff

Grand old European hotel in centre of Tallin

Front desk staff very friendly amd helpful!

It’s fine. Great location but my room was more like an abandoned room with random and very worn furniture in it. There were stray hairs all over the bathroom when I checked in. Just felt overpriced for the quality of the room. No kettle like I saw in nearly every other room I walked by. I was in the side building which I’d read was the better of the 2. :/

Hotellissa ei toiminut suihku eli vettä ei tullut

Poor service. I requested and confirmed a transfer from the airport but the driver never turned up and the hotel refused to help and just told me to use bolt (local uber app which I didn’t have). No effort to make another arrangement. As it turned out the taxi was much cheaper than the transfer.

Das Hotel ist an einer guten Lage. Jedoch Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist relativ enttäuschend. Die Bilder, die im Internet sind, entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Eher 2/3 Sterne Hotel.

Sviitissä ei shampoota, ei hoitoainetta, vain suihkugeeliä ja käsisaippuaa. Koiralle ei vesikippoa tms. Kaksi viinilasia, jotka eri paria, piti pestä itse kolmen yön yöpymisen aikana.

Parasta hotellissa oli sijainti: aivan vanhassa kaupungissa. Muuten hotelli oli hyvin keskinkertainen, ei mitään extraa. Vedenkeitintä olisin kaivannut huoneeseen. Hotelli ei ole esteetön, portaita vähän joka paikassa

Property is in a great location with many shops and restaurants right outside the door. Being physically handicapped was difficult for me to use bathroom facilities. Another room was not availble

Just what I was expecting

Charming old hotel right in the old town. Very easy to get around. Taxi drop off is at the end of the block. Breakfast was good especially the coffee!!

Great property in old town Tallin. There are many restaurants and shops around. Our room had a sauna which was really nice. This room's option for a separate bed was one of those pull out chair types which may lead you to want multiple rooms if a double bed alone won't meet needs.

Varasimme hotellin, jossa oli hissi tai hissit hankalan liikumiseni johdosta. saapuessamme aulan hissi oli ei käytössa. toinen hissi toimi jonkin aikaa parammillaan kumpikin oli pois käytöstä Huoneemme oli 4 krs 82 porrasta.Vähän nuhjuinen.Luokitus ei missään nimessa 4 tähteä yst.Juha Tiainen

Nice location in the histirical center

Meget centralt beliggende hotel. Hvis I bestiller familieværelse bliver I placeret i et anneks, hvor der ligger et diskotek i stuen. Det LARMER fredag og lørdag til kl. 3 om morgenen. Ellers meget fredelig beliggenhed.

Emplacement idéal au coeur de la vieille ville de Tallinn, entouré de restaurants, cafés et bars. Hôtel ancien mais bien entretenu.

Loistava paikka vanhassa kaupungissa.Hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Välillä huoneissa on todella kylmää. Aamiainen kohtalainen. Ei ole 4*hotelli,mutta hyvä 3*
