Staff was very helpful at check in, even assisted in locating parking garage !

The staff were so helpful with any questions we had. I found my room a bit hot as the air-con wasn’t on yet but within 5 mins a fan was brought to my room. The room, along with everywhere else was very clean, the room was just like the photos and was lovely. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. It’s a great location for everything and outside of the ZTL zone . I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again

Ideal für eine Städtereise. Nahe der Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Empfang herzlich und zuvorkommend. Leider kein Deutschsprechendes Personal. Zimmer relativ sauber, Klo entsetzlich. Frühstücksbüfett mangelhaft und sehr unfreundliches Personal.

Die Lage ist super👍 Das Frühstück auch, ausser den Kaffee konnte man nicht trinken da er verbrannt aus der Maschiene kam. Im Zimmer kam ein übler Geruch aus dem Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer konnte man nicht offen lassen da sonst das ganze Zimmer stank. Abflüsse sollten mal gecheckt werden. Sonst hatten wir einen guten kurzen Aufenthalt.

A fifteen-minute walk to the train station and bus depot. The hotel is in the center and near one of the major attractions, the Coliseum.

Gute Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gut.

Top Lage im Zentrum von Verona. Alles kann zu Fuss erreicht werden.

A descarga quebrou, passamos a madrugada com água vazando. Depois que consertaram, ficamos com medo de usar novamente. No inverno eles não deixam ligar o ar condicionado, tínhamos que abrir as janelas para entrada de ar. Acústica era muito ruim, dava para escutar tudo nos corredores. Café da manhã muito bom, hotel muito limpo.

I wrote « quiet room » for the booking, i asked réception when i arrived . The first 2 nights were acceptable but the third awful with deliveries and trucks just in front of the hotel starting at 5 am The bed was hard , and the room too warm (how can we waste energy and money like that !)

Super well located, attentive front desk, decent breakfast, clean rooms. However, the Wi-Fi in my room didn't work much past the door to the room! Also, a bathroom should have an exhaust fan. Not excited to have an odour from the previous guest.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk to Arena,15 min walk to bus/train station. Lovely buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.

I had a lovely stay at the Mastino. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area, a minute from Piazza Bra/ the Arena. Breakfast had a great selection. Overall, a good experience and a solid choice for a stay in Verona.

The front desk was super nice! It was a great area and a walkable distance to everything. They have an amazing spa. The breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of options

Perfect location,clean,spacious rooms. Extra equipment would be an advantage etc kettle,tea bags,coffee… Overall really good!
