This hotel is just outside of the Aquarium blue line on the T and two stops from the airport. Hotel staff was efficient, the hotel was clean, the rooms were a decent size and amenities were nice. The wine gift was a small bottle, enough for a glass of proseco wine.

Very uptown! Loved the atmosphere. The restaurant was to die for. Great Italian food and breakfast. Ten minutes from airport. Fifteen minutes to everything!

As first time Boston visitors this hotel was in a great location. Very close to the aquarium, Quincy Market, and access to the T. This hotel even has real keys for each hotel room. Hotel was clean. You do need to request housekeeping if you desire that during a longer stay. It’s a great place to stay!

Small, crampted, dark room and lobby. Nonexistent technology and sanitation protection. Only positive is location.

this property was perfect for our stay in Bostain. First of all the room was large, clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very pleasant. The best part about this hotel is the location. You are on the waterfront and within walking distance of everything you need including many tours. We were there for five days and never even moved our car. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Boston.

We were pleasantly surprised by how convenient Harborside Inn was to downtown and the waterfront. Access to the transit station is literally right outside, which puts the rest of Boston and the airport just a few steps away. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Harborside will be our place to stay whenever we are in Boston.

Boston is a wonderful town!! Our first visit here and we couldn’t have been happier! The room was very clean and comfortable, the only small issue is that bathrooms don’t have fans in them, other than that the stay was very nice

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. The building and decor is a little older but very comfortable and clean. Do not miss the VHS/DVD library!

The room was very roomy for a Boston Hotel! Beds were comfortable and the service was excellent. We loved the location and convenience to all areas of Boston. We will stay here again!

No Free Parking.

Bed is not comfortable. Old style lock, you have to carry an actual key, not card and you have to ask front desk employees for cleaning service. We requested twice but our room was not cleaned until the 3rd request. They do not have a door sign so cleaners know you need cleaning service. If front desk forgot or made mistake then your room is not cleaned. Overall nice staff and friendly and excellent location. No coffee machine you have to buy at restaurants.

Very old style hotel. Great service and location

We stayed in Boston for 2 days as a part of a longer trip. The hotel is in a great location, very walkable to everything around the harbor. It is right across from the Long Wharf. There is a great restaurant, Joia, connected to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!
