A hotel that has truly thought of customers needs and caters to them. Excellent staff and facilities were amazing. A real piece of paradise.

Great hotel with excellent service from all staff. Rooms were clean and of a high standard, breakfast provided a wide variety of food, and everything was all about making sure the customer had a good experience. Would recommend staying her if you’re visiting Protaras.

Food and restaurant choice was excellent. Cleaning was first class and all staff were friendly and efficient. Beach and grounds were clean and well kept. The pools were very clean.

Very lovely place. Gut personnel. Hotel is not new, but we had very good impression. Good system with sunbeds - they give you a reservation for sunbed while you are staying.

Amazing hotel right on the beach. Spacious clean rooms. Lovely free breakfast. Very very good location for centre of town. Allocated sunbed for whole of stay is a great idea. Although we didnt like the position of our first sunbeds they moved us when a better one became available

Luxurious

Came here over 20 years ago and came back to see if same as before. Even better now. Staff, food, hotel, beach location all so good. Shame have to leave. Recommend highly.

It has been a great anniversary stay for years. The facilities are good. The breakfast is good. The people are nice. The neighborhood is nice. The beach access is great. All around it’s a great stay for a great price.

Das Hotel hat uns gefallen, der Strand ist sehr schön, klares und türkisfarbenes Wasser schöne Garten- und Poolanlage. Einzig die laute Musik am Abend, in der Nacht hat uns sehr gestört (Familienzimmer, seitlicher Meerblick). Dieses Zimmer würden wir nicht mehr buchen!

The personal treatment you got from all the staff smiling all day. Maria in front desk was an Angel! Sun lounger men were brilliant nothing was too much trouble

The beach in front of hotel is really nice. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are basic. Dinner buffet was average.

Wonderful beach hotel. Our room was quite large and super-comfortable. Breakfast was very substantial, a huge selection of freshly cooked hot dishes and lots of different breads, cakes cold cuts, cheeses and fresh veggies. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, the reception desk, the servers,cleaners and pool crew. So,Sunrise Beach, thanks for a wonderful week! We’ll be back👍😊
