we three friends have the holiday in here，I have a rest in the room，and look around the bed，I saw the duvet cover has some yellow colours，I feel strange，then check the bed sheet and found some sand and body hair on the bed sheet and duvet cover，it's very dirty，also another two beds have same problems. we couldn't believe this is four stars hotel. I report it to the manager and he asked a staff to change it for us. The sink stopper is gone in the bathroom，it's very danger to washing hands for women，if you have a ring skip from your finger，it will be losses into the pipes. The hair blower is very old styles，you could burn your hand if you used it for longer. this hotel is not match with 4 stars rate

The hotel’s services need significant improvement compared to other hotels in Tunisia. Overall, the service level is only acceptable at best. I was also warned by staff to be cautious about theft in the rooms, which was concerning. Additionally, the food provided by the hotel was below standard.

Point positif : bon emplacement proche de la ville, bonne bouffe, vue sur mer Point négatif : parking encombré, la bâtisse est vieille, l’espace pour le restaurant est petit et après une heure de l’ouverture beaucoup de nourriture manquent, pour avoir accès à la piscine couverte il faut se déplacer à l’hôtel royal azur (imaginez le nombre de personne dans la petite piscine) ce qui n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce, personnels bof bof… J’ai marqué plus de point négatif que positif car certainement je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel

Vu sur la piscine, la chambre était parfaite mais un peu vétuste !!! ça aurait besoin d'être rafraîchit Sinon le séjour était parfait. Le restaurant est très bien. L'accusé est très bonne et le personnel très agréable. La plage est à 20 m de la piscine un vrai plaisir.

I didn’t like the service. Rude bar attendant
