Localizacao 10 Conforto 10 ( colchao/roupa de cama/ travesseiros impecavel) Piscina 9,8 Esplendida mas sentimos falta de uma piscina nao termica em momentos de calor Restaurantes 10 Cafe da manha, almoco e jantar impecaveis. Contudo, um pouco caro. Entretenimento 7 Mesmo com 2 tvs no quarto nenhuma delas tinha possibilidade de logar netflix. Para um hotel desse padrao nao comsigo entender tal fato.

Amazing views

First of all the views are to die for. Few issues I had and I’m going to keep it short, bath would not drain, we asked for maintenance to come out but after two attempts nothing was improved. Make sure to make reservations, even with a half board they had issues accommodating us. We found bugs in our room which was report to the staff. Overall we will not be returning. The staff is nice but no accommodation was made for my stay with these issues it was easier for me just to pay my tab and leave.

Experiência incrível! O hotel é lindo, as instalações são confortáveis e de muito bom gosto, a paisagem é maravilhosa, ótimo café da manhã e serviço impecável! Todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos, eficientes e atenciosos.

This is a very unique property We really enjoyed our stay there. Our only complaint is we didn't stay long enough. Next time!

Absolutely stunning hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful! We had an amazing stay with a little baby, loved the facilities and the entire experience. Outdoor facilities & UNESCO view of the area is divine

Nous avons séjourné une nuit au castello du Velona. Ce fut merveilleux. La vue est à couper le souffle, s vouchers de soleil superbes, le personnel chaleureux ( ils ont d’ailleurs accepté un changement de réservation, et ont été très arrangeant. The location is beautiful. Its a 2 to 3 star not a 5. Needs lots of work. Has bugs and animals in room. They are thiefs, they lied and abused us financially from the moment we walked in. uprofessional.
