Room and hotel was cleaned. Staffed was amazing always made sure we were good or if we needed anything. Our stayed included buffet breakfast. This does need some improvements. Needs some variety. Beside the breakfast buffet, overall I would consider staying here again. Location is great

Even at check in , room wasn’t ready. Took a half hour but was told towels were not ready. Called an hour later for towels and they were damp. Paid for a smoking room and got a non smoking room.

The room was fine. However the hotel was very old and all of the lights didn’t work.

Staff is wonderful. Rooms small but clean and nice size bright bathroom. Good service in the breakfast room.

Las instalaciones un poco viejas, pero muy limpias; la chapa de mi habitación estaba descompuesta y mi llave magnética todo el tiempo se estaba desconfigurando; los huéspedes súper maleducados, me tocaron la puerta infinidad de veces jugando, lo reporte todas las veces y nadie hizo nada; el servicio de comida a la habitación no estaba disponible porque el chef se iba temprano, no respetaban los horarios marcados por el hotel!!!! Difícilmente regreso a ese hotel en específico!!!

Check in delayed an hour due to room not ready

Loved the staff. Very chill environment and down to earth. Nothing fancy. Breakfast varied from day to day. Didn't love the hot dogs in scrambled eggs at the buffet but you can order an omelette instead. Rooftop patio and pool was gorgeous and very serene.
