Pool Ok

Hay un solo problema que no pudieron revolver porque lo mencionamos desde el primer día Nos tocó el piso 8 y en el piso 9 tienen la cocina. Desde las 6am comienzan a arrastrar muebles que nos despiertan y no podemos dormir en paz. Se supone que fuimos a descansar y ellos deci de ieron otra cosa. Todos los días. Desde las 6am. Que huéspedes se quiere despertar a esa hora. Nadie nadie nadie

Buen servicio

The breakfast buffet was ver good and the service was excellent. Our room was nice and cleaned well. It was a basic room. The roof top pool is excellent, because the view is fantastic. It’s a small pool but very nice! Overall stay was great. Good location in historic district .

El personal

Room and hotel was cleaned. Staffed was amazing always made sure we were good or if we needed anything. Our stayed included buffet breakfast. This does need some improvements. Needs some variety. Beside the breakfast buffet, overall I would consider staying here again. Location is great

Even at check in , room wasn’t ready. Took a half hour but was told towels were not ready. Called an hour later for towels and they were damp. Paid for a smoking room and got a non smoking room.
