Very nice place and conviniently located near the Spa. But they should have informed us about the ongoing renovations…

Équipements standards mais impeccables. La restauration est bonne et abordable, et le service très professionnel. En revanche, en 2025, recevoir encore des produits de salle de bain à l’unité est vraiment d’un autre temps, tout comme la gestion des serviettes de bain, remplacées trop souvent. Sinon, la situation de l’hôtel avec son accès réservé au funiculaire des Thermes, est un atout imparable par rapport aux autres établissements.

L’hôtel est parfait, confortable et idéal pour les termes.

Very comfortable beds nice clean modern rooms. Good bar

We arrived to the hotel to be told they had no twin bedrooms despite ordering one. We then where asked to wait & given 2 complimentary drink vouchers. In the end we had to have a smaller room to get twin beds. We then went to the bar & had to wait nearly 10 minutes to be served despite no one else waiting the staff just ignored us to be then told we couldn't have the drinks we wanted with the vouchers just softdrinks, beer or coffee. Once to the room it was clean and nice to sleep in but I was hoping the new owners would improve service from before - it seems not so we shall not be looking to return.

As centrally located as one can get in Spa.

For me. And my group it was perfect in every way. Food was ok priced. Drinks were a good selection and good price. Staff were friendly and extremely helpfull. Will stayagain

Great location, in a nice little town. Good bar with gooed drink options. Only point for mw was that parking cost €20 on top of the hotel booking

Therme Spa 올라가는 곳이랑 바로 연결되어있어서 시설을 이용한다면 매우 좋운 위치에 있는 호텔이에요~ 시설도 좋고 위치도 좋고 매우 만족했습니다!

Hotel erg schoon, goede faciliteiten, Enig minpunt is parkeren als je geluk hebt kan je gratis voor het hotel parkeren anders betaald onder het hotel in de pakeer garage

Room was clean, bed was really comfy and the restaurant was really good

Prima zeer schoon en goed onderhouden hotel, vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend ontbijt en diner. Personeel spreekt helaas vaak uitsluitend Frans en is soms wat onhandig.
