Friendly and helpful staff. Well kept property with very convenient location for walking / restaurants (the trade off being that there is a fair amount of noise at night from Whyte Ave, but this was expected, and they provided earplugs). Would stay here again.

The property was fine. But despite the earplugs that were provided, it was very noisy at night - late.

It was difficult to find a parking space as all the spaces in front of the hotel were taken (apparently you are allowed to stop to unload, just behind the hotel). The actual parking lot is then in Varscona Parkade (Lot #327) where, according to reviews, cars are regularly broken into. I had no problems there and am also satisfied with the rest. Breakfast is really good but having to sign for it every time is annoying. Great room service.

Balcony was awesome, spacious room, bed was SO comfy, bath products were great too. Great stay for the price. Just wish parking didn't cost extra

Whyte ave. has changed since our last tour. Still very interesting and cool, but seems unkept now. Buisnesses and the city need to step up and keep this area an attraction.

We were upgraded to a king suite and it was absolutely lovely! Check in was friendly and efficient, we borrowed an umbrella when we left for supper. We had a delicious breakfast in the morning. When the valet dropped off our car there was a little thank you package with cookies! This stay exceeded my expectations. I'll be booking here again!
