Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but well worn and in need of some refreshing and repairs

Room was very hot. No cooling in the room. Had to sleep with the window open. No pop or drinks available in vending machine. Had to buy pop from the bar at 4 dollars a piece. The bed and pillows were very hard. 210 was way too much for what we got. Also there for medical reasons and not rebate was applied.

My daughter stayed there with two of her friends to celebrate a birthday on Whyte Ave. The staff went over and above to make sure they had a great time. We really appreciate all the extra things that they did. She can't stop talking about how grateful she is. Thank you so much for making it a memorable stay.

Property was okay but not great. The furniture was obviously worn (the corner of the bed frame looked like a dog had chewed it.) Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was alright. Not very many fresh options. One type of fruit and they ran out of yogurt. No vending machines or snack options on site either. But the staff was very attentive.

The room was not spotless. Walls in the bathroom were dirty, and pictures and fixtures in the bathroom were covered in dust. The first night we had stains on the sheets and comforter of the bed. The bed was very comfortable but an upgrade is definitely needed for the hotel

Staff was great, check in and check was easy. Breakfast was a nice perk and cookies were delicious

Our first room had a thermostat issue and room was 30 degrees. Fortunately we were moved to a cooler room.

Great location. Parking was a bit of an issue, with off-site self-parking and off-site valet parking. Room was clean and the hotel lobby was a welcoming environment.

We stayed in two rooms in our stay. First room with King was very comfortable. Second room was cold even when boosting temp to 27. I went to restaurant and ordered two pizzas they were very good but that area was freezing cold.
