The hotel is getting tired. Could use new furniture in the rooms.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly

Travelled 5 hours to sit in the hot tub, only to see it outta service. 😩. Then when it was up n running. It was luke warm water. Elevators scary and breaks down between floors. Parking wasn’t good. No room or too much snow. Maybeinsummer,they’llaccommodbigger vechiles

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was dirty. I had received a txt upon check in asking how the room was. I took a picture of this foot long crusty “spill” on the rug in front of the tv. No response back. There was black hair in the sheets. There was no other room availability so just wore shoes around the room. The restaurant/bar had awesome food and the prices were on par. The bar staff were very pleasant and quick with service. The front counter staff were also very pleasant. Reason for 3 star.

Room was exactly as described. Elevators were a bit slow and bumpy. Ice machine was not working. Several sports teams were in the hotel and quite load as a result

Love the hotel the staff is wonderful.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! The bathtub in our room could use a facelift. There are chips in the finish and there is black looking unappealing mold looking stuff around the tub/wall caulking.

Room was dated. thermostat was set to 18.5C but it was 26C in the room on our first night. had an awful sleep and had to race all day. Shut the heat off on Saturday and the room was at a better temperature.

Room temperature was unbearable thermostat did not work properly had shut on heater and open window. Breakfast was not included with room. Front desk was not able to print off receipt due to being booked thru Expedia. Bed was comfy room was clean and nice. Parking lot was in need of snow and ice removal needed to use 4wd to finish parking. Power available for plugging in block heater. Overall nice hotel but some areas could use improvement.

We had two rooms booked, upon checkin at 3pm only 1 room was ready. We only had to wait 15mins for the other room which was fine. The hotel and rooms are a bit outdated at this location, overall it was okay.

Check in was quick and friendly, hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Didnt get breakfast but it smelled delicious. Would recommended.

Accessible room with inaccessible shower. Standard bathtub shower. Not accessible in my opinion. Clean bathroom and room.
