Fake Advertisement . Only reason to book was Hot Tub and Swimming Pool and both were unavailable. Feel cheated. I could have booked a much cheaper hotel for same facilities.

Good service but need lots of renovations.. Rooms looked very old

Hotel is dated and you can feel it. Otherwise, staff is friendly and breakfast buffet is super tasty. Walking distance to a mall.

This is a nice 4 star hotel (not really 5 star). But still quite nice! The staff was amazing, with good service!

courteous and helping staff. complimentary B/F and late check out is very much appreciated. Shops and Eateries are nearby. overall, good stay.

Did not like staff, not friendly / rude

とても良いホテルでした。スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。唯一、残念だったのが部屋のトイレの水が流れる音です。何かの栓がきちんと閉まっていないのか、トイレから水が垂れる音がずっとしていました。寝る時も音がしていたので神経質な人は寝られないかもしれません。 (316の部屋です)

It's an ok place

Bit old property but nice stay as staffs were very cooperative.

Very old property, broken equipment, noisy outside. Very polite staff and good service, but property needs upgrading.

We stayed there for one night - checkin took a bit of time and some of the requests ignored but rest of the stay was pleasant. The staff from the bellboy to the staff in the restaurant were efficient, courteous and helpful.

Unsafe, dirty and the breakfast was bad

It was all very nice , courteous staff , good food , nice food options , very clean and well maintained.

Radisson was an absolute dump. Water, plumbing, mold issues. Extremely rude staff. Old dated rooms. Pathetic lifts with insane wait times. Will never come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Banaras.
