Kids were excited for the indoor pools/lazy rivers and the outdoor little water park area. That was all nice. Our room, not so much. Our microwave was broken, which we didn’t find out until the morning we were checking out when we went to grab quick breakfast at the upstairs cafe and took it back to the room to warm the breakfast sandwhich up. Had to go back upstairs for them to warm it. Our bathroom was nasty, long black hairs ALLL over the place. What looked to be either small bits of pasta or small bites of pizza on the floor next to the tv/fridge. The beds were terrible. Like wake up with your back feeling like it’s thrown out. Which made for an uncomfortable vaca. Our tv, the screen was blue. No matter if trying to self adjust colors or using the presets. Within a few min, the tv would turn back blue. I thought I got a pic of the tv and food on the floor, but I guess not

Trying to unload vehicle was terrible. No parking rules and 15 minute rules were not enforced had to take a cart to parking garage to bring our luggage in. Spent an hour trying to get dryer refunds as only one worker after I put money in tried 3 dryers each time had to go back to office to get refund. Staff was pleasant though

This was absolutely my worst stayy at any hotel. The hotel most definitely needs to do a lot of upgrades. Communication was not very well at all.. The covers and the pillows on the bed we're dirty. The tvs did not work maintenance This came in try to fix it.It worked for ten minutes. My overall stay at the beach was good but I would not recommend this hotel

I enjoyed my stay here I would highly recommend. The beds are a little small but it was a nice room overall.

Rooms were ok pools were nice for kids under 10 I would say .. the elevators take at least 15 min wait …had to carry our luggage there were no dolly’s.. staff was nice

One of the elevators in the tower makes a lot of noise. But over all great place to stay and will stay agin.

I was great! The customer service was great! We had a great time, listening to live music. The access to the beach was beyond amazing! The rooms were so clean and I could smell the Clorox…loved that!!! The texts were fast and prompt after any questions, I had they were answered. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend!

Love this property. Couldn’t complain only thing I can think of is the elevators….

Killed 4 roach looking water bugs they were huge! Notified hotel was told they would have orkin spray the room! Would not recommend this hotel to friends! Also the check in process was long & unorganized! For the price I feel I could have gotten a better stay somewhere else!

This is a great place for families. Kids play in the pools while grown ups get a drink at the bar. And there’s a grill where we can get lunch too. I loved there’s an outdoor and indoor lazy river, a kids play pool with a slide, a hot tub, a little pool with a frog slide, and a regular pool. It’s great that the pools don’t go too deep. The indoor pool was closed. My son played in most of the pools for two days. And on our first day we walked from the resort to Dinoland Cafe, which took five minutes. Also, it’s a short drive to other restaurants and Broadway at the Beach.
