Large, spacious rooms. We had ten rooms of varying sizes, and the smallest was big. Kitchen was equipped with pots , pans, and utensils. Staff was friendly, helpful, super efficient. There is security at the gate. Landscaping is done every day! Having the two restaurants and the Mercado on site was so convenient. We are so pleased to have chosen the vilas for our family and friends who were attending our family memner's destination wedding.

A nice and clean facility, but not a hotel resort that offers services. Villa and servicing was very good. But there was no help in getting bags to and from the villas - rolling over cobble stone streets was a challenge. There is no room service, and the Cafe/restaurant on premises is good, but cannot charge to rooms, and does not accept "international credit cards" Overall, our impression is this villa is best for those that drive there with cars

My family stayed at Vila Bicuda for 3 nights in May, 2026. We truly loved the accommodation. Spacious, clean and modern decor with a nice patio to enjoy the sunshine. The pool was also amazing. The showers were hot and soothing. The kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite thing was the cute bakery/ restaurant. Everything we tried was 10/10. We will definitely visit again!

It was a huge villa with great amenities, very comfortable bed , large bathroom in a good location at a reasonable value. I would highly recommend

Stayed above the bakery and laundromat. Laundromat had deliveries every morning at 6:00 AM. Room and kitchenette were fine. Cannot complain about the overall stay other than the noise. Not sure I would stay again because of it though.

Enjoyed five nights as a base for visiting Lisbon, Sintra, and Cascais. The room and whole situation was perfect for our needs!

Si trova in una zona verde e tranquilla con passeggiate intorno. Purtroppo si sente tutto delle stanze vicine e il WIFI è mancato per più di 12 ore! Nessuno alla reception la sera.

Schönes Konzept für eine Urlaubsanlage in schöner ruhiger Lage, die T3 Villa war für uns perfekt, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Voll- und 1 Gästebad, großer Wohn/Essbereich, separate Küche (bisschen nervig der irgendwie nie ausgehende laute Kühlschrank) und schöne Terrasse mit Sitzecke und Liegen, von der aus man direkt zum Pool gelangt. Geparkt wird direkt vo dem Haus und Bäcker/Minimarkt/Restaurant waren nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal, das alles picobello in Schuß gehalten hat. Perfekte Lage für diverse Ausflüge und um sich zu entspannen. Einziges Manko: Viel zu wenig Steckdosen, sie fehlen besonders am Bett und im Bad.
