So much noisy work. Reception staff need to update…suggested a bus from harbour to hotel but this bus stopped last year and we wasted a lot of time getting back.

Absolutely world class and very deserving of the five star! The service from entering the hotel throughout has been absolutely sublime! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that welcomed us upon arrival but he was absolutely exceptional incredibly informative and gave us a itinerary of the facilities restaurants areas of the hotel and guided us to our hotel a true credit to the hotel.

Another excellent stay at one of the islands finest hotels

A very beautiful lobby and rooms. Very polite and kind staff, very professional Delicious food at o’shin ..we ended up not to eat at bacco, because we thought the menu flat prices was a bit odd concept, which is a shame..

Lovely hotel with a nice setting However let down by no air con in the room in the winter made the room too warm. Reception advised this was hotel policy. Made sleeping at night hard. Restaurants do not show menu prices outside each venue Breakfast buffet large, but cooked hot food was only like warm. Only the omelette was hot. Their own app did not work, you could not select the hotel. Was reported but nothing happened

A five-star hotel in almost every aspect, but the check-in process fell short due to a misunderstanding with a receptionist. Unfortunately, we were charged for an upgrade that should have been included with our Gold membership, and our complimentary benefits were overlooked. While this was frustrating, we greatly appreciated hotels.com’s excellent support in resolving the issue promptly.

Overall very comfortable and upscale. Eating options were good nearby which made up for very expensive on site options tho again the quality was good An excellent hotel if one is looking for a good chill out venue

The property location is great, right on the beach, its also high quality, although it looks a bit old fashio

this status is not recognised by the hotel stating that everything should be upon request from Expedia and if available So no benefit from Expedia whatsoever

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Excellent reputation and reviews are well deserved. Breakfast was outstanding, staff were first rate. The pool area is lovely. On the other hand the small beach is not a major asset and needs work; there is quite a bit of recent and ongoing waterfront landscaping in the area around the hotel. Our room did have "partial sea view" but also faced the property's noisy air conditioning unit..
