Super accueil. Le petit déjeuner était top. Message aussi pour Rachid et les autres qui travaillent à la piscine, ils font un super boulot tous les jours. Globalement, expérience très positive dans cet hôtel, on a kiffé !

Stort sett bra. Hyggelig og smilende Personalet. Men alt for varmt på rommet. Air condition stil på 24,5 grader, som allerede er for varmt for meg. Kjøleskapet virker ikke optimalt. Ellers bra nok

Can't quite figure out if if property has seen better times and is past its heyday, or if was always meant to be a middle of the road hotel that looked grand. Peeling paint, chipped glasses, stained carpets, and chipped counters suggest less than stellar care and upkeep. The staff seem indifferent to guests, not smiling, or acknowledging them. The impression is that guests are an imposition on their day. The food at the buffet is a solid 3.4 out of 5. Edible but nothing special. Having said that, the pool area is very nice, the location is good, and the rooms are a nice size. I would stay thete again, but now i know what to expect and the price wiuld have to be below there competitors.

Wonderful staff, expansive resort style hotel in Marrakech. About a 30 minute walk from the Souk in Marrakech, this is an incredible hotel. Comfortable, clean, well appointed, good breakfast, surprisingly good pizza restaurant (hey, we were exhausted and had had tajine 13 days in a row!). Three pools, parking, just not things we were expecting in a hotel in Marrakech.

Prima hotel vlakbij het centrum. Meneer bij de ingang is erg aardig. Schoonmaak van de kamers was ook prima. Heb wel 2 keer moeten vragen om badslippers en er was geen kleed om te bidden in de kamers. Voor een moslimland had ik dit wel verwacht. De snackbar waar je broodjes kan halen kan je beter vermijden. Moet heel lang wachten op je bestelling en over de hygiëne kunnen we veel zeggen. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is te hoog.

Très moyen, pas à la hauteur du standing attendu. Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Les + : Les espaces verts extérieurs qui sont très bien entretenus Le personnel (du moins les coach et les serveurs des restaurants car pour la réception et le bar de la piscine l'accueil et la gentillesse n'était pas la même) Les- La piscine, qui en fait n'est chauffée que de novembre à mars, donc l'eau était gelée malgré les 30 degrés extérieur, impossible de se rafraîchir La chambre qui n'est pas à la hauteur du standing attendu pour le prix que ce soit niveau déco ou niveau propreté Nous avons aussi eu un lit bébé dans un était pitoyable (rouillé, troué) De manière générale, je ne comprends pas que cet hôtel puisse avoir autant d'avis positifs !

The staff was not helpful we had hard time finding our room, once we got to the room waited for our luggages they had forgotten to bring our luggage in the room I had to call and ask them .breakfast was not good No one is there to guide you where to go and how to go places When u ask question the reception is saying wait till concealer comes

Hotel was as expected. I ordered a taxi in the reception. I got a price before I entered the car. At the airport the price was 50% higher. Main problem was that the drive refused to give me any kind of receipt and as it was a business trip this gives me extra problems to hand in my experience report.

Flott hotell med grei avstand til medina'en.

We stayed here for one night before my wife’s transport to Marathon des Sables. The hotel was very comfortable and was a very different experience from staying in the medina - it’s like a different world. It was nice to experience the modern side of Marrakech.

Très satisfaite de notre séjour au Kenzi, je le recommande. Très bonne situation dans Marrakech dans le quartier de l'hivernage. La médina est accessible à pieds ou en taxi. Je n'ai rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général, lit très confortable, la salle de bain très bien équipée. Super la piscine chauffée. Personnels très attentifs à nos demandes à tous les niveaux, du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Je suis prête à retourner dans cet hôtel.
