Good establishment overall but not for the money, breakfast was horrible alot of people

Family friendly, lovely place to stay in Marrakech. Helpful and friendly staff, well maintained and clean property. Pools were a big attraction for kids.

We were disappointed Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel on the whole. Pool area is nice, room was fine. However, we would not consider this a 5-star hotel. Rooms were basic, housekeeping not entirely consistent. At times we asked them to give us 5 minutes to get organised as we were leaving for the day, and they simply didn't clean our room that day. Staff around the breakfast buffet, the pool, and the bar were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. However, we did not get the same feeling from reception and from management. While we realise we arrived late (around midnight), the induction and welcome was very short on information. There was little extra info in the room. When we asked questions (what time restaurants were open, did we need to book a table) the response was given in a tone that our questions were a nuisance and unnecessary. When we asked the concierge to call us a taxi we got different levels of help - one simply called us a taxi and we paid a ridiculous fare. The second time, the concierge called the cab and advised us what to accept as a reasonable fare. Just one example of the inconsistency of service. We ate in the Moroccan restaurant on our first night - empty other than us, over-priced for decidedly average food. We did not eat an evening meal in any of the other restaurants. Overall, the hotel was fine as a base, but not 5-star, and not particularly welcoming or professional service.

Good hotel with reasonable price

The room was not very clean and the sink was clogged. Plus the breakfast area was too crowded.

We had one more time a wonderful stay in Kenzi Rose Garden. It is the third time that we come to this hotel and we will be coming back. The room was clean, comfortable and with a relaxing view. The staff was amazing. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the gym. The restaurant are was beautiful. I reccomend it.

Bon hôtel et très bien placé !! Top !!! 👍 Service agréable et plutôt calme. Par contre, le service house keeping est à revoir, le ménage n’est pas à la hauteur de ce type d’hôtel… 😥

So amazing

A family-friendly hotel where the staff goes above and beyond for children. The property is clean, living up to the high standards of an international chain. The front desk is efficient, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant staff is kind. The pool area are also well-maintained. A convenient location for an overnight stay!

Fer à repasser indispensable dans les chambre d’hôtel.. j’en ai demandé à plusieurs reprises mais malheureusement pas dispo car trop tard dans la journée. Sinon le reste était top je recommande !
