Very friendly and curteous staff, food was incredible and a short walk into pau centre, fully recommend

Bel hôtel Bon emplacement Manque un petit plus « service » pour décrocher une étoile de plus à mes yeux. Mais je ne rechignerai pas à réserver de nouveau dans cet hôtel.

El hotel está muy bien, con habitaciones amplias. Aún así, nuestra habitación estaba helada y la solución fue darnos una estufa portátil (en lugar de darnos otra habitación). Además, nos dieron a entender que el desayuno estaba incluido al hacer el check in, pero luego nos lo han cobrado.

Un sejour très agreable et reposant. Un hôtel très accueillant, une piscine, sauna et Hammam en sous sol très appréciable après une journée shopping ou ski (à une heure de route). Une salle de sport avec terrasse face aux Pyrénées. Des prix très corrects avec des offres commerciales attractives certains week end. Le prix d'un hôtel moyenne pour un 5 étoiles. Le top ! Et un surclassement fréquent quand la disponibilité le permet. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

A bit outdated but otherwise great place to stay: one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on, spacious room, big soft towels and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Magnifique et service au top

Très bel hôtel. Nous étions contents qu'ils acceptent les chiens. Cependant, il n'était écrit nulle part qu'il y avait un supplément à payer. La chambre était vraiment sympa. Malheureusement le petit déjeuner à 26eur était décevant et certains membres du personnel ne sont pas au niveau d'un hôtel 5 étoiles (pas aimable, ne dit pas bonjour...).

First class hotel, good location, spacious rooms clean and quiet. Next to the park and 5 min walk from Pau shops and restaurants. On site parking.

Hittills fantastisk upplevelse, fick sånt fint bemötande av Justine i receptionen och valde att stanna en natt till! Pau har verkligen varit en trevlig upplevelse på vår Spanien/Frankrike resa!

Hotel grande, moderno, pedí una suite y bastante amplia, siempre alguien k te atiende en español, pague el desayuno y lo sentí muy básico, pocas opciones, pero en general bien!!

While the hotel was very clean snd service was top notch, i used $229 in Onekeycash credits to pay it but then the hotel charged me $296 after i left the hotel. Do essentially i paid for stay twice. Very disappointing

Happy with quiet areas for work and the pool facility is good.

The hotel and room both good with balcony overlooking a pretty pond and the race track. Food was disappointing. Very much thrown at us in the evening. Breakfast was a poor selection and very limited, not what one would expect from 5 star hotel Staff were generally pleasant at reception etc. ,
