Staff were fine but the hotel room was far too hot and unfortunately it was noisy, so couldn’t sleep. The hotel is conveniently placed near the shopping centre but was let down by the unbearable heat in the room.

Everything was good. Except if you are looking to explore central Turin you will have to take a metro and it is not walkable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was good. They should add fresh juices instead of using the ones from the carton. There is a small commercial complex which has a food court.

Le stanze son sempre belle grandi, comode per viaggi business. Peccato che sia impossibile fare buio totale. Incredible che non ci sia spazio per delle prese accanto al letto. O si ha la luce o si mette in carica il cellulare / pc o qualunque altra necessità. Incredible che all'arrivo non ci sia nemmeno un'acqua di cortesia. Nel mio caso specifico ho avuto una seccatura al momento della richiesta di una colazione "to-go". L'avevo richiesta subito il primo giorno, così da non preoccuparmene in seguito. Del resto avevo un volo alle 6.30 di mattino... Alla reception mi hanno suggerito "lo chieda la sera prima". Senza specificare un orario. Peccato che "la sera prima" quando ho chiesto mi han risposto che era troppo tardi. Avrei potuto chiedere il servizio fino alle 21.30 (e ormai erano le 22.00). Ma io dico. Con quel che costa quell'hotel. Non esiste essere liquidati in quel modo. Fai in modo di procurare una mela, uno yogurt da bere e una galletta. E comunque all'arrivo dovevano avvisare della regola degli orari. Un hotel spiccatamente business. Perdersi nei dettagli... quel posto funziona solo perché è vicino al centro congressi.

It was a good property a bit far from the center but very nice size rooms, clean and the staff were very nice.
