Great place to stay, wished I was staying longer when I saw the spa! I was able to arrange an early check in which was so helpful.

Great trip, clean hotel and spa. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. More sun loungers in the spa would be perfect. Would definitely recommend and return

Really lovely hotel - excellent quality, with superb rooms with aircon and The White Company toiletries in the en-suite. Great breakfast, and lovely friendly staff. The only downside to this hotel is that they charge guests £6 to park, and also £15 per guest to use the swimming pool! Crazy when the rooms cost £160 per night. Come on KPH - don’t let yourself down on these points when otherwise the stay is top class. Where else really do you expect your guests to park? Otherwise, a great stay.

Hotel and facilities are lovely. Don’t agree with charging for parking at all nor an additional fee for a receipt.

Amazing team. Great service. Food was outstanding, and the room was stunning and very very clean. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Stayed here as ut felt a convenient place for the activities we had planned for the Saturday and Sunday. Whilst we were pleased to have booked a Spa hotel, having received an email 24 hours before arrival informing us that the pool and other Spa facilities were available at an extra cost. I have no problem with the treatments and other services being extra, but the pool, reqlly..... this was disappointing

Overnight stay and everything you need. Staff excellent as always.

Great hotel, traditional decor but spacious and comfortable room. Good food in the restaurant but a little pricey.

It is easy to access and navigate ones way.

Tables in bar area left too long in a unfit state to sit at, at a time when a group of us stood around waiting for a seats. 2 families with multiple children left the are were they sat in an appalling condition. The floor was covered with so much rubbish a food. Same family had thier children running around in corridors the dinning areas and lifts unsupervised running into guests. Stayed at the hotel many times but now I think at the price increases the stopped table service at breakfast and the lack of staff taking control of children and the slow time tables are cleared, I don't think I will be staying again.

Great stay, very comfortable, clean and great food in the evenings.

All around nice hotel. The only disappointment was the charge for using the gym. They charge £15 for gym access. Extortion !

Regular guest so slightly disappointing this time with hot water taking an age to arrive in the tap and shower followed by the lavatory cistern handle not working at all. Not pleasant.
