Excellent location & stunning Room

Friendly staff, excellent room with lovely interiors and wooden floor.

A lovely room; gorgeous wall mural piece and nicely designed. Sadly a few of the lights and plugs did not work so we had only one plug for tech charging, which made things interesting. Comfortable bed and great bathroom as well. Breakfast was brilliant if a tad expensive. It is a small space but it has been designed perfectly and there is something for everyone. Fantastic breakfast staff. The rooftop isn’t good and despite it being “open” it was not set up, which was a shame. In all, a good hotel in the centre of Madrid with easy access to many sights.

The staff is not too friendly. The place has its issues and some inconveniences that we had to experience. Not saying that everybody’s gonna go through the same things, but for us it wasn’t what we expected.

El hotel es increíble, todos los espacios son muy cómodos y relajados! Pasamos varios días en el hotel y disfrutamos mucho del spa, la alberca, el gym y su bar y restaurante. En realidad lo tienes todo!

Hotel com excelente localização, quarto confortável, roupas de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade, tudo limpo e funcionários educados e simpáticos. Super indico

Achei o hotel lindo, quartos ampolas, limpos, confortáveis, banheiro belo! Getntilwza dos funcionários. Só a cama que eram duas camas juntas e não uma Queen só. Mas gostaria de ficar mais tempo!
