Friendly staff, great breakfast options and lovely pool.

Hotels.com indique que le parking est inclus et gratuit dans cet hôtel, de plus il est également inclus pour les membres Gold. Cependant ce n'est pas vrai et en découle une gestion calamiteuse du dossier client qui n'est absolument pas considéré ! J'attend un retour de votre part depuis 1 mois !

On our first night of the stay, the sink was clogged and unusable, and the air conditioner was so weak. Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam. However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Overall just okay, that’s why it’s 2/5

About half an hour walk to the city centre, or a 10 minute walk to a bus stop. Very comfortable hotel, a business hotel and mid week will have conferences and meetings. Didn't use the bowling alley

A little far from public transportation but other than that it was great

Very nice hotel with super-friendly staff. Cleared booking problems fast and could accomodate an extra bed on a short notice. The room was very nice and the hotel is located in a beautiful environment close to the city center. Will be my first choise in my next visit to Utrecht.
