Lovely historic property, nice clean room, very comfortable bed. Overall a very warm and nice feeling about the stay. Staff is amazing and so caring. Very much recommended. Location is great, parking is easy. Can't wait to return.

Very clean - abit outdated interiors, would have appreciated a stronger fan in the hot weather. Grounds are well kept and staff were friendly

The Suite Dreams room was certainly worth the extra cost - private balcony with fantastic views of the hotel gardens/ pool and surrounding mountains. Central location so easy access to all the local offerings and a short walk to the thermal springs

Location, character

Rooms clean, hotel perfectly placed and great amenities like the pool (although could have done with some sort of changing room there). Only real complaint is lack of decent tv just the basic, no Netflix access or ability to cast. And before anyone says why would you go away to watch tv Kids is the reason, especially when your trying to get ready or do something that bit of entertainment is handy.

Staff were friendy and attentive. The room was great. Unfortunately no air-conditioning.

Gorgeous old hotel in British style with beautiful grounds and pool. Great staff. Whole property well maintained. Very convenient location.
