Bedroom was okey one side of the bed tp close to the door glass, cover of the bed too old and smell, bathroom not clean in the way need . curtains bad not close in good way to avoid any sunny time early morning spa shower very hard to use .floor of the spa dirty sofas in the lounge need to clean ,blinds dirty also . very sad because was Accord Hoteles that was a booking ,not any more.

Clean close to everything great view

Beautiful view, room a bit dated, but well equipped and plenty of space with the kids. Pool and location was fabulous

The property is in a great position close to beach and many variety of food choices. Pool area is great for children and adults. I will definitely be back again for more relaxing rest days.

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Gardens and pool area are lovely and very well kept. Resort is in a great position, close to shops, cafes, restaurant and not too far from beach.

Very nice suite, clean and all amenities. Ceiling fans would be nice. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Great stay

The garden view apartment had everything we needed, including a bonus spa bath on the balcony and a sea view that I wasn’t expecting. The lounge was big enough for one kid on the couch and one on the extra bed ($35 per night). The main bed was comfy and the apartment was clean and air conditioned. Screen only between main bedroom and lounge. A few minor items needed to be replaced (broken toaster, fridge that freezes everything or nothing, aged bath tap and plug, paint in the main bedroom) but that didn’t spoil the holiday. The staff were friendly and flexible, the pool, spas, sauna and gym were clean well maintained. The pool could have done with more shade to make lounging/reading by it an option. All in all very happy with our stay.

If you want a "brand new" resort this is not it, but it is clean and tidy, spacious rooms, great balconies... the pool and spas are amazing and everything is within reach (a quick walk over the road) to Bulcock Beach - a perfect place to holiday!!

Beautiful place to stay,room i was in was immaculate couldnt fault the cleanliness fantastic place to go with family covers everything, dont really need to drive anywhere cafes restaurants and ice cream is sorted beach is just a short scroll across the road shops surrounding the joint

Modern, clean and resort kept in excellent condition. Loved how close it was to beach and Main Street

The room did have some water damage. However, was very comfortable, had all the amenities needed. Bed was comfy and view was amazing! Our room was clean and tidy. We even witnessed our spa being cleaned and refilled. All the Staff we interacted with were lovely and friendly. It was close to the esplanade and the sunday markets and walking distance to so may resturants, bars and cafes. Will stay again!

We booked the rooftop one bedroom overlooking the pool with views over the river and ocean glimpses. First check in was quick and easy. Room 70 was spotless with plenty of cutlery etc for a couple. I would regard the bed as a medium softness. In regards to the rest of the apartment it is well appointed with a comfortable lounge, large tv, full kitchen and a very spacious shower. The rooftop has a hot tub along with bbq, sink, table and outdoor sun beds. The amenities were great and I could only describe the pool as amazing. I should note there is a huge choice of restaurants within the block the hotel sits on.

Nice location, a bit tired and in need of updating in the unit and some amenity areas. All in all still a great weekend

Great for families with younger kids. Walking distance to both river beach and surf beach

Perfect space for us to stay with our toddler. The pool area is gorgeous and our room worked out great. It was so handy having laundry facilities in our apartment and our son loved the outside spa bath. We also loved the fact we had a vacuum cleaner in our room to keep our space clean and tidy. Would definitely love to come back! Thank you!
