I really liked the location of this property. So quiet at night Easy to walk to from station. Regular trams and buses into town.

Our studio apartment had everything we needed and looked out over a playground area. The local streets were easy to navigate and had lots of bar and restaurant options. Having umbrellas at the front door is a good idea..would stay again.

Very nice staff!

The location was perfect and convenient to all the attractions. But the room was old, hot, and very run down. It only had AC upon request—which luckily we didn’t use. The shower was nearly impossible to use as it had only a half shower door which terribly on the bathroom floor. The last and probably the worst insult was the breakfast, which was 33 euros for 1 small Americano coffee and 2 mini croissants?! This was an outrageous price for such a basic breakfast! Unfortunately I would not recommend. Thank you

Good location close to train station, a tad far away from main old city area. Close by to Westfield shopping mall which is convenient

was not very clean

Room was as expected with a comfortable sofa the was a less comfortable bed, but sufficient for the teens. Lovely large bed upstairs. Only downside was no bathroom upstairs, so you needed to climb a flight of stairs to go to the loo and brush teeth before bed. The velux window with blackout blind was great and we really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cleaning materials such as dishwasher tablets and cloths. During our 7 night stay we only got one change of bedding/towels and could have used one more toilet roll. Property were great at responding to emails prior to our stay, although a request made for extra pillows clearly wasn't passed on to housekeeping so we only had 1 pillow each, which wasn't great for my partner who was recovering from injuries.

Die Nähe zum Stadtkern war super. In ser Umgebung gab es ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum und die Tiefgarage war super auch wenn man diese nur mit maximal Mittelklassewagen befahren kann. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht wie gewohnt von 3 Sterne Hotels (Balkon sehr dreckig und im Badezimmer Reste von Vorgängern). Das Bett war leider sehr hart aber für den Preis konnte man es aushalten.

The front desk staff is helpful and friendly hence the check-in a'd check-out was very smooth. Breakfast was simple home style which is in line with the category of this hotel. Location is perfect. About 10 min to Lyon main train station (Lyon Part Dieu) and about 15lin to river Rhone from there a further 10in to old town.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e cordiais. Ofereceram um estudio maior que o reservado só que ele tinha dois andares e o vaso sanitário ficava embaixo, sem lavatório e o chuveiro no andar de cima. Muito diferente de nossos costumes. Estava bem equipado para quem quisesse fazer refeições. Faltaba limpeza no chão da sala. Lençóis e toalhas ótimos. Não tinha sacada, sendo que o estúdio menor reservado, tinha.

L’hôtel est très bien placé. La chambre est propre et spacieuse avec un lit king size. Petite cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le personnel est professionnel et disponible. Seul gros bémol : très mal isolé. Quand un client rentre dans sa chambre, on a l’impression qu’il rentre dans votre chambre. Cela peut être déstabilisant pour une femme seule…
