Accueil irréprochable, nous avons eu toutes les instructions nécessaires pour l'installation et le parking, avec l'amabilité en prime. Chambre au top, confortable, propre et très agréable, mention spéciale pour la fenêtre qui s'ouvre totalement contrairement à tous les autres hôtels que nous avons connu. Cependant il reste quelques axes d’amélioration : - les escaliers des communs étaient atrocement sales, des énormes mottes de poussières devaient y loger depuis un bon moment - le support du pommeau de douche ne tenait plus du tout (impossible de poser le pommeau sanq que celui-ci descende tout seul) - nous aurions apprécié avoir à disposition du thé et café dans la chambre, cela aurait apporté une petite attention particulière (de simples sachets de thé et café soluble font toujours plaisir pour un reveil en douceur). Cependant cela reste des détails et la prestation était de très bonne qualité. Nous pourrions bien y revenir !

Une catastrophe rénovation à prévoir .Parking facturé 20 euros , yne vrai galère pour trouver .A l’arrivé on me propose de ne plus passé par hôtels .com mais en direct .Face à l’instance de l’hôtel j’ai donc ouvert un compte en ligne .Malgré la promesse d’ un rabais de 25 pour cent lors de la prochaine commande je n’irai plus dans cette hôtel .Une nuit d’insomnie… j’ai l’impression , le sentiment d’avoir subi une escroquerie en ligne .Même gratuit je n’irai plus

Wonderful room designs and great amenities. Location is wonderful and you are pretty much 10 min walk from most of the attractions.

The location and the appartment, small but practical

Perfect location in walking distance to everything. Hotel room was very clean and the kitchen has everything one needs. Perfect! The garage is very small.

The hotel is very well located, close to the train station and at a very walkable distance from pretty much everywhere in the city center. It is also less than a block away from a tram hub where you can grab a tram and go anywhere. The staff was super kind and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in, who went out of her way to assist us over and over again. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are comfortable, have good amenities, are well equipped with a kitchen and everything you need to cook and eat, and are very clean. Breakfast is very good. And one of its best features is that it has a self service laundry where you can wash and dry for 9 euro in total in a little over an hour. I had great experiences with this chain in the past, and this was no exception. Would definitely go back.

Very small room with a small kitchenette. It works for a night. Not comfortable. But a place to sleep and take a shower.

Great little aparthotel in an excellent location near transit and all the main sites in Strasbourg. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything seemed to be no more than a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of amenities including kitchenette in the room and WeWash laundry on the main floor.

Hotel is very close to downtown Strasbourg with many restaurants nearby. We stayed in an one bedroom unit that is very big for a family of four. Parking in the basement is tight and only one lane come in and out.

it was super nice

It’s in the center, short walk to the Cathedral and other points of interest. The layout of the unit was a bit odd and small, but we made it enjoyable. We loved the smell of the soap and shampoo. The receptionists were very friendly. Overall, it was an excellent stay; highly recommended.

Sauberkeit im Bad so lala. Ausstattung der Küche im Apartment sehr gut. Fotos im Netz geben einen besseren Eindruck vor, als tatsächlich gegeben. Anreise umständlich, da Straße durch versenkbare Poller gesperrt: Fußweg, Rezeption, Code…

Perfect location, clean and all the amenities you need.

We love our stay at Citadines! Very centrally located, few steps from the metro and just a very short walk to the plaza, cathedral and shopping areas. We were there for the christmas market and we enjoyed how close we were. Our room was beautifully prepared for our stay, very nice and clean with a lovely note to welcome us. The reception people were very helpful with our queries, they were just wonderful even the lady at the breakfast room.

Location was amazing. Right in the center of town. 2 min walk to the Christmas market. Walkable to most of the major sights. Lots of eateries around the hotel.

idéal pour visiter la ville

I found the hotel very centrally located which was amazing. There were lots of restaurants near by and it was close to the Christmas market. I however was not a fan of how thin the doors were. Every time someone shut their door you would hear it so loudly. I sleep with ear plugs in and still woke up do to the loudness of people in the hallway and the slamming of their hotel doors.
