We’ve stayed here many times and it’s not too bad. Hotel rooms do need a reservation but the bed was clean and comfortable. Parking is still a nightmare because of the casino. I did see a new parking garage in the back that they built for the casino expansion but it looks small. Hopefully it will make parking better next time. The staff is wonderful.

Almost 1 hour to park. 1elevator broken and waited 15 minutes for elevator. Limited dining. Very limited machines.

Terrible.. will never come back and so not recommend. I parked in their lot where they told.me to park a d i get a parkjng ticket. Low class place!!!!! Im embarassdf i qas there.

The room was spacious but outdated, you could see the patchwork that was done in the room My room had a leak in the ceiling light fixture in the tub the manager was supposed to call me, of course they never did, there were several potholes in the parking lot

Bathroom in the room horrrible staff excellent from front desk to Valet who were amazing and security cleaning staff and the coffe shop girls

Staff amazing from front desk to valet to the girls at the coffee shop and security but the room was out of shape bath tub was weird high up and shower head low bathroom was not comfy at all but everything was perfect this has been my 10th time staying there and will have 10 more times maybe 20 please build a spa and pool more amenities for what you charge per night

Just hoping with the renovations that what's already there will be upgraded too

Smh. The bathroom in the room was disgusting. I made a complaint. After I made the complaint, I received a call stating there will be no hot water from 4am to 12noon
