Excellent attention, clean and comfortable room.

El personal muy amable. La habitación limpia y espaciosa. Buen desayuno. Lo único es que el agua caliente de la ducha tardaba muchos minutos en salir, y si movías el grifo al frío tenías que volver a esperar mucho.

Si, un centro comercial excelente 👌, transporte,zonas turisticas, buena atención...muy prudentes con su atención, cero molestias,los recepcionistas atentos a todos los avisos excelente servicio...el personal de limpieza muy educado...ninguna queja ,...lo recomiendo.

Aamiainen erittäin hyvä, tarjolla monipuolisesti tuoreita ja lämpimiä tuotteita, suosittelen! Hotellin yleiset tilat siistit ja vasta remontoidun näköiset. Hotellihuoneemme oli hyvä, mutta vähän jo kulunut. Auton pysäköinti onnistui hyvin hotellin alla parkkihallissa lisähintaan 20 eur/vrk.

Restaurant is expensive

The room was clean daily and cleaning staff was good. The breakfast was good. The front Desk staffs are just okay. I was slipped in the tub when I took a shower. My nose was bleeding, my head and my right side of my leg were all bruised. My friend was almost fell too when she took a shower. We reported the incident. But the front desk staff told me to avoid the slippery issue, just put a towel on the tub. Who would ever think that when you are on vacation. They need to provide a non-slip mats.

this is not what i expect of a Catalonia - food was reheated at best - systematic sweet sauce on meat included. The hotel looks unimpressive and dirty on the outside, common areas are small and not conduaive to relaxing. Big screen in the dining room with tv on. Match or not i am expecting a lot more when i pay 230€ a night in a Catalonia.

Hola, en general todo bastante bien, pero quiero aprovechar para comentar que en la primera planta hay un olor insoportable a tabaco, me hago cargo que no es culpa del personal del hotel que haya gente irresponsable, pero es cierto que hay que dejarlo bien claro a los clientes que no se puede fumar. También habría que cuidar la insonorización de las habitaciones, no sé como serán las demás habitaciones pero en la mía se oye todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones colindantes, el pasillo y la calle, eso hace que la experiendcia no sea satisfactoria del todo.

Muy satisfecho, a sido todo ayudas. Los chicos y chicas de recepción super competentes muy preparados y dando soluciones a cada peticiones. No me quedo corto al decir que el mejor que he conocido en cuanto atención. Las limpiadoras maravillosas. Repito seguro . Lo dice un Padre y una Madre que con sus dos hijos an pasado una semana perfecta gracias a cada profesional del hotel.

Veldig bra frokost! Pent og rent rom. Fantastisk dusj. Helt håpløse forhold med parkering. Veldig vanskelig å finne parkeringskjelleren deres. Tror jeg kjørte 5 ganger rundt kvartalet + en mengde andre veier for å finne fram. Ganske dyr parkering. Du kan ta sjansen på å parkere i p-huset til det store kjøpesenteret (Westfield) like bak hotellet, men det stod noe om at det ikke var lov å stå lenger enn 4timer, så jeg turte ikke å ta sjansen. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var hyggelige og lot oss stå i p-kjelleren deres store deler av dagen etter oppholdet, mens vi dro med Metro til sentrum og severdighetene i byen. Spisestedene i kjøpesenteret har lang åpningstid, dersom du kommer sent frem til hotellet.
