We chose EXE for the location. Train station, attached grocery store and hotel. Didn’t get a drop of rain on us. One 35 minute train gets you to downtown, two trains get you to the Airport, the ticket machine at the train stations in metro Madrid are very poorly worded in the English language was my only complaint at all and not a reflection on the hotel.

Rustig, naast de treinstation, hotel is shoon, maar wel bepaalde dingen aan reparatie toe. Maar verder prima. Dichtbij een mall.

Really friendly and family oriented hotel. Breakfast was standout and to look forward to. Well connected with trains, and buses. Fantastic and great value supermarket just next door. Large park to enjoy just 15 minutes away.

Excellence Service and very friendly staff. Lovely place with a good location.

Not sure how it’s 4 star! Not much in tres cantos, building work going on while I was there which they should let you know.

Right next to Tres Cantos train station which made it getting to Madrid city centre efficient. Average time to get to the city centre is around 30-45 mins which is the only downside but for the price it was worth it. Right next to a big grocery market, made getting snacks and drinks or meals super easy. Very friendly front desk staff

Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi. Good service at the hotel Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee. Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging. Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔 Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again.

Phone did not work, rooms are not clean, you can hear your neighbours in the other rooms
