The hotel is great, beautiful and friendly, I would say the minor inconvenience is that there are limited dining options in the area.

The hotel is nice and located in a convenient area. The bathroom are glass with do not close property and they lack of privacy. Breakfast was excellent. No one help you with arrival or suitcases.

Nos ayudaron a hacer un check in temprano, pues nuestro vuelo llegó a las 5 am.

Seguro, atención, deje olvidado un maletín área de restaurante y horas después estaba en recepción...

The property met all expectations, there was only one issue that i didn't like. At the pool bar I asked what was in the club sandwich, and the lady didn't understand me. I then ordered a burger. She brought me the bill before the food, and I noticed it said club sandwich. So when I could get her attention I pointed this out. She went to change the order and the manager came to speak with me. He told me that she hadn't understood and the club sandwich was ready. I pointed out that I ordered a burger, and they said they would bring it but the waitress would have to pay for her mistake. It made me uncomfortable that they were suggesting I should have a club sandwich and that the waitress should have to pay for it, it was a mistake and I dont think the employee should have to pay. Aside from that everything was good.

Todo muy bien, variado el desyuno la pisicina muy pequeña para un hotel tan grande.

La limpieza de las habitaciones no es la mejor limpian el piso y queda pegajoso , los muebles son viejos y sucios, los baños horribles y tienen que dejar la ducha abierta 30 minutos para que el agua se caliente beberían mejorar el desayuno , el personal es muy bueno creo que es gracias a ellos que ese hotel funciona un poco pero deberian renovarlo un poco
