Breakfast hot and plentiful. Rooms have lots of shelves and storage

Breakfast was very good, included many options. Gym was a bit smaller than shown on the pictures, still I was able to get a nice workout. Room was clean

This was once a good hotel, but definitely needs the renovation that it is going through now. I assume the price is reduced for the building works, but not enough to compensate for Waking up to construction noise on the next floor. While this hotel is broken, the price should be MUCH cheaper, until it is all renovated.

Muy Buena ubicación, desayuno y personal bien, falta mantenimiento y limpieza, estructura descuidada. Lo peor en mi caso: noche de DJ o alguna fiesta con música demasiado alta en la terraza imposible descansar!

Las instalaciones en general no coinciden con las estrellas del hotel. Deja mucho que desear. Debe haber sido un gran hotel hace 30 años, hoy NO. Pagué una habitación muy costosa para lo que me ofrecieron.

Disappointed in the quality. The hotel needs ren ovation and some of the sheets were stained. They were stingy with towels too. Kept having to ask for more.

Buena ubicación. El hotel está bien pero ya tiene sus años y se nota. Deberían mejorar los baños con puertas de vidrio en la ducha, arreglar el sistema de descargas del inodoro (se va el agua constantemente). Poner un desodorante ambientador para combatir el olor de humedad. El desayuno 7/10, debería ser más variado. Pero de todas formas los alimentos están bien preparados. El spa está muy bien montado. El gym pequeño pero práctico

The room was dirty and smelly. The furniture was old and falling apart.The staff was unfriendly.

El desayuno está bueno . El hotel es un edificio bueno pero todo luce viejo , la habitación esta muy descuidada los muebles viejos descascarados en las esquinas la butaca no estaba limpia y la ropa de cama limpia pero luce empercudida en el pasillo en el techo las alarmas con tape azul , deben de cerrar y reparar el hotel para q esté más a nivel , el personal muy amable y servicial el restaurante rica la comida y la atención.Area segura y bien ubicada.En sentido her real no volviera.
