At the moment the property itself is not a five star hotel. We were disappointed. It's old fashioned and dated.The manager is very friendly but the staff in the restaurant is very young and also friendly but do not act as it should be in a five star hotel. The entrance to the wellnes is awful. Also in the wellnes we were disappointed.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal und Service. Sehr zentral. Leider nur auf der durchreise . Beim nächsten Valencia city Trip buchen wir das Hotel wieder

Great .. breakfast can be better

Die Unterkunft war wirklich fantastisch, die Umgebung hatte jedoch sich so viel zu bieten. Man war mit Bus und Metro schnell an anderen Orten der Stadt.

Falta personal cualificado en cafeteria. Spa muy deficiente.

Una grata experiencia ,el personal tiene una alta preparación en el servicio al turismo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y cuentan con delicioso café regular y descafeinado. El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada .

Todo ha sido excelente. De las mejores estancias que hemos disfrutado en Valencia. Tienen un área de oportunidad en el tema de las/los jovencitos que están haciendo prácticas. Muchos de ellos no hablan nada de español. Uno esperaría que en un hotel en Valencia, cuando te atienden el teléfono en recepción, puedan entender lo que uno dice en su propio idioma español.

Staff and rooms were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner in hotel could be improved.

The hotel was small and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect!! Loved my experience😊

Hotel op perfecte lokatie, bijzonder vriendelijk en attent personeel.

Sehr kleines 3-Bettzimmer, gutes aber auch etwas langweiliges Frühstücksbüffet, Spa viel zu klein mit mittelmäßigem Dampfbad und Sauna und winzigem Pool. Service war sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber manchmal auch furchtbar kompliziert. Für 5 Sterne haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet! Sehr gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt.
