I was impressed by how efficiently my check-in was handled. I had no problem finding my room, and it was very clean and exactly what I needed for my one night stay. The motel is close to major shopping and restaurants as well as fast food establishments. My stay was exactly what I needed, as it was close to the family I was in Iowa city to visit.

Nice hotel, heater/ac unit made loud noise when it kicked on.

Staff was ver accommodating. Can’t remember the young man’s name who checked me in but he was excellent. Said he just had a daughter. Shout out to him for that fan. Clutch

My teenage son and I (mom) had to book a room for 5 nights with little notice. We read the reviews and took a chance. I am glad we did. The property was very clean, quiet, and safe. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Three clean rooms, good AC units. Television did not work in one of the rooms.

The check in was fine. The room was very nice and the breakfast had great selection of food and beverages. Sadly most of the parking lot has small parking spots causing us to fear that others would bang their car doors against ours. The room was quiet and clean.

The main lobby was extremely clean and nice. Breakfast was great with lots of hot selections and a soda fountain! Never seen that before! The pool area needs some fixtures replaced due to rust (from humidity I imagine) but the pool and hot tub were great. Beds were a bit firm but room was good. Would definitely stay again

The front desk staff during the day and overnight are extremely friendly and accommodating. Some things seem a bit run down (broken gym equipment, out of order game room, pool/hot tub area) but the rooms, lobby, and breakfast area are very well kept. Only complaint about the room is the shower is strangely narrow, slippery, and a large step when you get out, exercise caution. We had a great breakfast one morning (female staff member) the next day, same breakfast offering, but the male staff member could not keep up with the small crowd and was rude to guests when they asked for items to be replenished. Location was close to lots of fast food and restaurants and right next to walmart when we forgot some items. Check in and out was seamless and the check out time was 12pm which seemed late and was perfect for the late starters.

Near the Coralville Shopping Center so lots of shopping and eating options. Hotel was inviting and clean, good breakfast bar. Handicap room good, however regular size bathtub with normal tall sides. Main complaint: room on top floor (thankful for elevator) and clear to end of long hall. Too much walking for my Handicap!!

Rooms not very soundproof…I could hear the neighbors talking through the walls and their television on.
