Our family had an amazing stay at Villa Del Palmar! The staff was amazing and made our trip! Ian and Charly from the entertainment team were amazing and showed how much they loved their jobs! Overall a great stay and would recommend! The property was a bit on the older side but very clean and safe. There was a great food area called the Food Park right across the street that we ate at multiple times. We did not do all inclusive and enjoyed this decision as the resort only had four restaurant options.

The staff has superb customer service and very hardworking!!!! I enjoyed the activities like bingo and paddle boarding. The only thing I didn’t like is we were not able to check in earlier even with paying an additional fee.

ME GUSTA ESTA PROPIEDAD PORQUE ESTA MUY CERCA DEL MALECON, Y DE PUERTO MAGICO, QUE ES DONDE SALEN LOS TOURS A CALETAS, TAMBIEN QUE ENFRETE ESTA UN FOOD PARK Y AL LADO ESTA EL RESTAURANTE LA LECHE, TE PUEDES IR CAMINANDO. TODO MUY ACCESIBLE, LOS TAXIS DEL HOTEL CON PRECIOS MUY ACCESIBLES Y MUY BUEN SERVICIO.

Le hace falta una remodelada a los cuartos. Revisar el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado.

En general muy bien , pero si debo de comentarles que hay personal que carece completamente de empatía con los clientes, es decir muy malas caras, principalmente las que tienen los escritorios frente a la cafetería despues del loby... elllas muy mas trato. Lo demas.muy bien

Concernant l'hôtel nous avons peu à dire de négatif. Toutefois, dès notre arrivée, il y a une personne qui nous accueillent avec un drink et nous font miroiter que nous aurons les cadeaux suivants: - excursion bâteau - "city tour" de Puerto Vallarta-1 bouteille de champagne ou 1 bouteille de tequila - déjeuner somptueux ...si nous passons un 90 minutes au Villa Del Palmar Flamingo afin de le promouvoir car celui où nous hébergeons sera démoli...un pur mensonge...c'est une belle attrape à touristes car nous avons été harcelés pour du time sharing sous pression....NOUS AVONS DÉTESTÉ ce 90 minutes à cet endroit !!!! et le plus ce qui nous a déçu c'est que tous les clients de l'hôtel subissent cette expérience car cesdits représentants sont comme des requins lorsqu'ils nous voient arriver....c'est vraiment à dénoncer !!!!

Only issue…would except late check out & we have been going to this hotel for 35 years 9-10 weeks a year

I did t really like the pickleball bouncing at 0730 in the am.

The staff spent two days bothering my family and I about a timeshare for another hotel. They offered a taxi to the airport and I paid for it. Then they said they couldn’t honor it and never refunded me. I didn’t get help with my luggage after my stay. I would not stay there again.

This hotel was beautiful the room so spacious with a small kitchen and balcony. There is a shopping center 5 min walk and a grocery market, Pizza Hut also 5 min away . I would definitely come back.

Very clean , the service was excellent from front desk , housekeeping and servers . We are so grateful to have spend our family vacation at this hotel
