For the price nothing to complaint. Old hotel but fairly clean. Old mattress but I’ve seen worse. Included breakfast wasn’t good, some of my tater tots were still frozen. I don’t expect too much about a good breakfast for the price I paid but a good coffee to start is a must which I didn’t get, it wasn’t good at all.

The room appeared fine to begin with. My husband found hair on the towels in the bathroom. He then awoken to something crawling on him in the middle of the night. We checked the sheet and found a bed bug. We immediately took a picture and flushed it down the toilet. We notified the front desk, who said that she would have her manager contact me. I still haven’t heard from anyone. I sent a message to the hotel through Expedia and tried calling.

The room was very nice and clean. Loved the pool hours with the longer hours opened ot allowed my grandkids to the other stuff in town and still use the pool.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Housekeeping could be better. (Did not received clean linen/towels). Overall pleasant stay.

The hotel was veey clean and it was very quiet. Both are very important to me and they came through. Thank you! Only suggestion....better mattresses.

Quick check in and quiet around the area. After a long drive these are important.

We waited over 15 minutes to be checked in. Clerk was on the phone. No other help available. We had 2 hardshelled bugs in the bathroom. Housekeeping did not come to clean for the 2nd day. Checkout was also slow as the clerk had to set out breakfast; make coffee and clean up the serving area. Apologies were made but too little help and too late to address the issues.

Won't stay again, second time since they've been bought out & not good. Girl checking in was very kind but everything else awful. Didn't honor ADA request for accessible room, made an amputee try to use regular tub, high toiletries on wall, luckily had me to help. Room had NO cold water, none. Sink & tub were piping hot! Do not answer phones either from the room direct or calling from outside line, so had to go to front desk. Said we'd be refunded and were lied to. Called property twice & told manager will contact, still haven't so will be disputing with bank. Breakfast was cold, biscuits hard. Not the same as before it was bought, steer clear

Great property. Breakfast person very nice. Clean all around and inside. Pool down for maintenance.

Room was clean and nice. Bathroom is showing wear along with towels. Wrong sized pillows on the bed. I had a king sized bed and it had 4 regular sized pillows.Breakfast was adequate.

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient amenities. Breakfast ok, not always stocked. But good place for the rate!
