Ana at the front desk was fantastic - quick, professional, friendly, courteous, well-spoken, helpful with local recommendations - the best of the best. My stay was an all-around delight.

All the staff at this property were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast provided was good enough to start the day. Room was ok but coulde be updated along with the bathroom.

To our pleasant surprise, they're in middle of renovating this location. So it was great inside... Outside, not so much. I'm sure they're working on it though. The place as a whole was a much beyond our expectations.

Very peaceful

The hospitality, shown to my brothers, was second to none. The room, the pool, the food and the great customer service, at ALL hours, was incredible. I felt bad sticking them in a hotel and it could not have worked out better.

The staff on the property were great. Bridgette was wonderful and very helpful. Overall a pleasant experience. The hotel does need to be updated and thouroughly cleaned, which would have the experience five stars.

They were very welcoming. They accommodated us arriving early. The room was very spacious.

I was given the wrong room at check-in but didn't know it until I went to the room. I was given a king with only a chair and I booked a king suite with sofa and chair. The lady that checked my husband and I in was very nice. But when I went back to the front desk to correct the room error to get the room I had booked with a sofa there was a different lady there and she was very rude and wouldn't give me the room I booked. She finally did after me showing her several times proof of my booking and involving her manager. The room was beautiful but the whole experience was upsetting so my husband and I went to go eat at a restaurant with friends we were visiting and we didn't go back. We didn't stay at our room in the hotel, it was just an overall bad experience. I do want to stay at the Hampton again when we visit the area again and hopefully it will be a better experience. Hopefully it will be better next time.
