El hotel me encantó, fui de negocios . Pero queda muy lejos del centro, es el único isue

10 or 20 min walk to the metro made it the perfect stay for us as we took all day to go and explore Madrid and Toledo and come back to a clean cozy room to sleep.

Property is average with all the basic amenities. Neighbourhood is safe, good with a lot of food, gas and shopping options. Staff is not very friendly but I guess its because of the language difference. Overall, its worth the price.

Hotel facil aparcamiento y buen servicio

Habitaciones amplias y bien cuidadas. Opción de aparcamiento tanto exterior como interior. Desayuno bueno y variado. A pesar de estar al lado de la autovía, está completamente insonorizado.

The stuff was very nice and kind.

Hotel and staff very good. However located next door to a closed shopping centre and also in a downmarket area which seemed scruffy

Friendly and helpful staff Big rooms,and good air-condition. The only thing that i really dislike is the fact that the fridge cannot be used because they put in their drinks and if you even move any you will have to pay a leg and kidney. So ,I suggest remove your drinks and rice the temperature of the fridge. Other hotels left a bottle of water or so to welcome their guests and left clair that anything else you will have to ask and pay for it Thank

Notfallbuchung, das Hotel ( SEHR bemüht Alex am Empfang!!!) liegt in einer Lost City, direkt an einer lauten Autobahn. Fastfoodmöglichkeiten, Aldi in der Nähe, Metro 10 min fussläufig, mit 1 x umsteigen gut Madrid in 30 min erreichbar. Zimmer sauber

Breakfast was good, hotel was well kept. Staff were friendly. Rooms were not kept as new, but was good.

basic, the most 2-3 star hotel. Very uncomfortable beds, dark and outdated rooms. Poor AC and air quality in the rooms.
