A informação no site é que a reforma iria até 31/05/2025. Continua em reforma, estacionamento precário, na rua, sem controle e cobrado. Aviso de falta de água diariamente das 11:00 às 15:00 h. O quarto nao foi limpo e quando perguntamos, foi diro que deveria ser solicitado o serviço. Nao estava no site, nao foi avisado no checkin, nao sabiamos desta condição para serviço de quarto.

An ok hotel that can use some update and also for premium clients they may want to go beyond. A simple bottle of water in the room each day can make a difference

Quarto em andar alto, Boa Vista panorâmica, muito silêncio e conforto para dormir. Falta frigobar no quarto.

Hotel muito bom, sem luxo, mas perfeito para quem procura um bom custo benefício e localização. Localização muito boa, local silencioso e bem fácil acesso a pontos de comércio e metro. O quarto tem bom tamanho, a cama é muito boa e o serviço de quarto é bom. O café da manhã é muito bom, tem de tudo (sem luxo) e perfeito para um bom desjejum. Gostei e recomendo, mas não espere luxo, não tem frigobar e a ducha é conjugada com a banheira.

Our 11-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Las Condes, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we experienced outstanding service from the entire staff, with special recognition to Juan and Javiera at reception. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to accommodate every request—always with a smile—set a new standard for hospitality. Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say this was the best service we have ever received. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. The premises are impeccably maintained, with cleanliness evident throughout the property. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and the bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring restful nights. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a wide selection to suit all tastes. The restaurant staff was truly outstanding, consistently replenishing food items, maintaining spotless tables, and ensuring coffee and refreshments were always available. Their attention to detail and efficiency were impressive. Housekeeping also provided excellent service, keeping our room fresh and tidy each day. Our experience was outstanding, and we would happily stay here again.
