Not what is appears to be, the 5 star is a wash.m, room had sick smell. Parking appeared to be free but you have to pay 24 euros a day. Not worth it.

Room was clean and huge, good price, great location. Accommodating staff but they were inexperienced which is problem of management, not staff themselves.

This hotel gives you a sense of luxury with high ceilings, roomy interiors, and charming early‑1900s décor. Plus, the location is good for walking around the city.

Äußerst zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Charme

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The receptionist, Gergana, was friendly and welcoming from the outset and she was very helpful and obliging in dealing with any requests that we had. An excellent ambassador for the hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und grenzt an die Fußgängerzone. Vom Flughafen benötigt man mit dem Taxi etwa 15 Minuten (Kosten ca. 10€). Es war alles picobello sauber. Wer jedoch 5 Sterne nach deutschen Standarts erwartet, der wird enttäuscht werden. 3,5 bis 4 Sterne sind da eher realistisch. Preis/Leistung war insgesamt aber völlig in Ordnung.

Otel tarihi bir binada yer alıyor ve girişten itibaren atmosferi hissediyorsunuz. Varna’nın tam merkezinde olması büyük avantaj; merkezdeki pek çok yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Otelin önünde ücretli otopark olması da bu konumda oldukça kullanışlı. Resepsiyon ve mutfak ekibi son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Oda oldukça büyüktü. Banyosu da gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltı seçenekleri sınırlıydı ve beklentimi karşılamadı. Otelde temizliğe daha fazla dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor. Konum ve personel ilgisi güçlü yönleri olsa da temizlik ve kahvaltı konusunda gelişmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Our room was lovely, clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast exceeded my expectations and the location is great! Highly recommend!

This is q beautiful classical hotel right in the center of towns. The room was very big - 30 square meters - and comfortable. But it was outdated and somewhat shabby. The hallway was dark. The breakfast was adequate but there could have been more choices. The staff was friendly.

I like the hotel, because it has a lovely old worldly feel to it, it is very comfortable, lovely lge bed and a pleasant atmosphere all round. Also rooms are quite and lovely and warm.
