Staff was great! The room was musky smelling. Reeked of marijuana in the hall ways. Some sketchy people outside hotel walking around.

Very nice area, quiet, and safe. The room was large and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for as a stop traveling through Knoxville.

The room was extremely musty smelling, bedding and pillows were damp, and the bathroom smelled so bad like urine which made the room smell so bad. It was so disgusting we only stayed a couple hours. To check out was a joke. I stood there for around 15 min to wait for someone to come check me out so I could get a printed receipt of my stay. 10/10 don’t recommend staying here.

Food was ok. Not that much great

Our stay was... Okay. It was mostly clean room and a door that locked. It was fine for our one night stay. I would not stay here for multiple nights.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly our only complaint was the toilet is very low to the ground. It reminded us of an elementary school toilet. Could of just been the room we were in. I would recommend a comfort height toilet. Other than that no complaints. We would stay again for sure.

My room had a bad mold smell order .. I had to change my room 3 times .. the first and second room had a real bad odor and the third room was better.. the staff was nice about switching room and were definitely accommodating but I won’t come back to hotel ..

There was no soap in the room and the breakfast was meh. The coffee from the machine was not good.

It was great. Beds were little firm but not stiff. Breakfast was a hot one was good. Carpet in room didn't look like it had been vacuumed, but the beds and bathroom was clean

It’s was just kinda ok. I wouldn’t stay again unless I had to. Carpet was not good looking. Breakfast was not good at all. Hot tub looked gross and I definitely wouldn’t get in there. The best part was the bed itself, it was comfortable and clean. I’m glad it had a fridge and a microwave. I went to a family member’s room at the holiday inn and wished I had booked there.
