Overall a good experience

Breakfast cost is too high, but otherwise hotel is wonderful. Great location, and terrific staff. Rooms are great. Showers not great for older people.

Great location next to the park and local restaurants and grocery store. Public transportation and train to airport within 2 blocks. Pillows not so great but were given 2 extra upon request. No where to drop keys that we found upon departure early morning and front desk not open certain hours. All over great experience though. Friendly staff. Wi-Fi worked well. Only a few English tv channels.

신혼여행 마지막 숙소. 마지막이라 넓은 곳에서 자고 싶어서 좋은 곳에 예약했습니다. 첼암제에서 기차를 타고 가서 hbf에서 먼 곳이라 위치는 조금 아쉽다고 생각했는데 호텔 근처에 큰 공원과 역이 있어서 편했습니다. spar도 가깝고, 직원들도 친절해서 좋았어요.

The room was clean and spacious. The pillows could have been better, but other than that everything was great!

Excelente opción por tamaño de las suites , comodidad para familias de 4. Un área bonita frente a un hermoso parque para caminar, en la esquina hay una tienda de conveniencia y está a 15 minutos caminando de las principales atracciones en el centro. Cómodas camas e instalaciones en general . Únicamente la regadera es algo para mejorar ya que es incómoda , estrecha y se sale el agua cuando te bañas . Nos gusto mucho y si es satisfactorio calidad - precio . El persona de recepción muy atento y hospitalario.

Very well- appointed hotel, close to public transport and a short walk to the centre of the city. Helpful friendly staff. Very clean. All facilities in the room that we needed but furniture a bit tired. Overall would recommend.

The room was great! Location was very central with almost 20-30 min walks to major attractions and museums. It's close to a train station and a lot of the trams and buses. Most importantly, it was close to the Vienna concert hall where a many lovely concerts were held. The staff is super nice and helpful in all aspects - from food recommendations to umbrella rentals - everything is perfect! The only thing is that the heat is a bit too high but this was resolved via opening windows. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Suite très spacieuse, propre et confortable, excellente situation géographique pour visiter une grande partie de Vienne à pied tout en étant au calme, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, personnel très courtois.

スタッフの対応も良く、部屋も綺麗で充実した6泊を過ごせました。 朝食も美味しかった。 立地、コストパフォーマンスも良く、また滞在したいです。

Rooms are large with lots of space. Bed wasn’t the best, I would say average didn’t wake up feeling refreshed. Breakfast is a hefty 24 euros each and the selection is limited. There are much better options outside for way less money. Staff were fantastic and super helpful. Hotel location is great next to metro, walkable to town centre. It’s an OK hotel but nothing fancy.

Location was perfect & within walking distance of markets, shopping & historic sites. Room was spacious but shower was very small & didn’t have a shelf for amenities. Staff was fantastic & always available for questions or help.

Bra läge, rena stora rum, trevlig personal, bra frukost, mycket trevlig träningslokal och fräsch spa. The beds were a bit on the hard side for us but I would still recommend this hotel.
