Friendly staff, clean and very good breakfast. Excellent location.

My family’s favorite hotel for vacations! It’s a great hotel with friendly staff, beautiful views, and many tourist attractions within walking distance. Plenty of buses nearby, so it’s very convenient to get around. Very enjoyed the breakfast — the dining hall is spacious and classy.

Clean rooms. Great staff. Good quiet location close to downtown Victoria. Even though renovations are occurring no issues in the quiet hours. Recommended.

Found a few long hairs in the bathroom but other than that it was a nice stay. Delicious breakfast

Good breakfast, clean room, and staff are very nice.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good and linens were nice. It had a kettle and coffee maker, microwave and good sized bar fridge. Suited our needs perfectly. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Fresh fruit and yogurt, toast, muffins, eggs, bacon. Our favourite was the waffle machines. Easy peasy and delicious. Reno’s were happening but didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Parking was a bit tight but we managed in a Ford F150. Seeing the deer on the lawn in the morning was a highlight.

The fact that the rooms were under construction, you should have waived the parking fee. The parking spots were not great either. Some were not accessible and others were tight.

There were renovations occurring but with minimal disruption and very pleasant construction crew in place. We are repeat guests…. Great staff and location!

This is a fairly average property. You shouldn’t expect anything exceptional. It would be a good fit for a 3-star hotel

All is good except for the construction. But we were warned before hand. Still a great stay!

friendly, helpful and accomodating staff

Breakfast & the staff were the best. A king size bed & a more updated heating/cooling system would have made our stay more pleasant. Ac/heat kept cycling and making abrupt changes/noise & kept my wife awake.

Hotel was close to all the places we wanted to see. Able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was great. Plenty of good food. Rob was nice

The included hot breakfast rates 4 stars! Though under upgrades in renovations, workers were polite and never a issue during our stay. Location, location fantastic!

Clean room, cozy beds and amazing breakfast

Room was clean and beds were quite comfortable. Continental breakfast was fantastic. Lots to choose from. Would definitely stay again.
