We lost power the first night. Breakfast didn’t happen and no coffee or tea. I get it was an outage but hotel staff were irritated and not very friendly. When asking for a cab or extra blanket desk staff seemed inconvenienced. Just didn’t seem to want to make guests feel welcome or accommodated with unfortunate circumstances
