Location ok check in slow, clean, breakfast a bit limited but overall would book again

Not so good, AC wasn’t working well for two nights called up front and couldn’t do nothing for me but to send a fan that never got sent to our room. Parking was behind the building where there was a wall with no entrance to the building, not convenient.

Good service, except they were out of complimentary toothbrush, I forgot to pack one. The room was clean, but only had one small trash can in the restroom. You had to pay for parking, not many spaces available in the front, but there is a public lot behind the building that is also pay. Overall, it was a good stay, breakfast was good.

Hotel was very clean and quiet, walking distance from the river walk with many restaurants close by.

Hay que entregar la tarjeta de estacionamiento al hotel cada vez que estacionas tu auto. No está bien regresar al hotel para entregar una tarjeta. Deben mejorar eso.

At night, somebody knocked on our window.

Front desk staff was extremely rude, hotel was clean and convenient walking distance to river walk.

The hotel was just not like other Holiday Inn Expresses. The rooms felt dirty - there was so much trash under the beds. Just didn't feel as updated or kept as others.

This hotel is close to the River walk, the area is safe, the rooms are clean.

The worst experience ever

The breakfast area was cramped. It was right at the check in area and not much room to set to have breakfast. The parking was 2 blocks away and was not noted on the website. When I booked it otherwise, I would look at somewhere else. There's also a $15 charge per day for parking. That was not noted either.

The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful and the room was clean. The signs outside were not clear ex. No check in or lobby directions visible from the road. The lobby was crowded and the front desk was not labeled or well layed out.

Lovely property with relatively cheaper parking fee compared to my others and easy walk to River side.
