The breakfast was horrible. The sausage was rubbery, the pancakes were soggy, and the website talked about fresh omelets. Precooked omelets with some cheese inside with topping you could put on top. I saw so many plates left that were not even finished. Everything else was great how can they mess this up so bad?

Everything was as good as expected, the only thing i had a roon with two beds and i got a bed and a pull out.

Right off the highway. Easy access. The staff was amazing and friendly. Very willing to help in any way. Assistant General Manager, Geneva, texted me when we got to our rooms to make sure we had everything we needed.

Room was pretty clean with comfortable bed. The pool was very dirty and water had a bad odor. Breakfast was cold and there wasn’t a clean table to sit at. If you are going on the weekend expect a big crowd.

This Embasy Suites lacked cleanliness. I was really disappointed. My son slept on the pull out sofa and woke up with bug bites all over him. The hotel is in a great location, but needs better attention to tje cleanliness.

The comforter was dirty, the air conditioner made the closet frame rattle which was very loud, the bed was rock hard, the breakfast bar was poorly stocked and the food on the hot bar was cold. There was no bread for toast or glasses for juice. There was no creamer for the coffee. The fire alarms incorrectly went off several times even after midnight and the elevators were shut off for over an hour. Towels were requested and never were delivered then I went to the front desk to get towels and they didn’t have any wash clothes. There was trash around all the landscaping and sidewalks in the front.

Our "Simmons Family Reunion 2025" was held at your hotel and we had an awesome time!!! Your buffet staff and all was very accommodating!! I love your hired bussing crew, Hi Josh and the gang!!

I was really surprised about what we got for the price. It was definitely a room I'd like to have again in the future.

Great stay and excellent staff as we were dealing with a storm.

The breakfast buffet was great. A good selection. The sofa in the room was filthy. The pull out mattress was awful and I don’t think the blanket had been washed in months. So the best part was the buffet and location.

This Embassy is always so great. Beds are comfy, rooms are large and clean, and breakfast buffet is top notch. The convention center is an easy walk to and from the hotel. We love getting to stay here every year for our tattoo convention and we will continue to book our stay here!
