Great location, directly opposite the train station. Main town centre is a 10 min walk away. Lovely hotel, perfect for a short stay.

Centrally located opposite the bus station, but there was plenty of underground parking at the hotel too. My only criticism was the lack of soft lighting in the room - nothing was dimmable. If I'm being really picky a USB-C port at the desk would have been useful too! But it was a lovely hotel, the staff were great, and the room was spotless!

Pet friendly room with a balcony on the top floor. Secure underground parking. Nice breakfast and efficient staff.

I made a normal breakfast plate without exgerating but in order to rush to my work i made small sandwich with remaining few cheese and bread to take so food not wasted! I was warned not take food away! ; i understand their policy for exgerating customers but my case was much different and my intend was to avoid waste of food which i already paid for

Excellent hotel: spacious, clean, excellent breakfast buffet; close to train station & tram. Beautiful big lobby! We arrived much earlier than the appointed check in time, and they were able to enable early check in. Thank you to the staff at Luz hotel🙏
