Very pleasant, enjoyed the stay

We had a 3 night stay in a twin room (215). The room was quiet as requested, but was very small. On three occasions had to return to reception to reactivate room keys. Breakfast was adequate. we had bar food on each night. Menu was the same each evening and was not extensive. Food was OK.

Large room, friendly staff, located outside downtown, large parking lot, tasty breakfast - everything was fine!

It was a very hot temperature room, I stayed two days and it was hot with not radiator on. The windows are not widely able to open and it was very noisy with morning peak hours. I couldn't close the curtains for fresh air and outside led light pollution. Clean room and friendly staff. Overall good

Hotel was good. Great choice for breakfast and room was spacious for a family of 3. Room carpet was looking a bit grubby. Pool and outdoor play area was good for our 4 year old. Restaurant menu was quite limited and over priced. Good enough hotel for an overnight rest stop.

No Air conditioning. Bathroom are very outdated. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Basic enough, breakfast was limited and no standard sockets either side of the bed, made it difficult to charge my phone and laptop

Very happy with hotel. Clean, modern decor. Kid friendly, friendly staff. Lovely pool facility. Rooms were cosy and comfortable. Lots of choice at breakfast time and very tasty.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and explained the map that the hotel supplies. The breakfast the next morning was great. The only complaint I have, the room we stayed it was on the street's side and due to the one window not sealing 100%, we heard the busy road throughout the evening.

I was more than happy with the service and staff. I booked a family room which was one double bed and two single beds. On arrival there was a double bed and only one single bed. We were then given a fold up bed promptly. This wasn’t comfortable but the children ended up sleeping together. Other than this mishap the stay was extremely enjoyable.

This hotel was just beautiful once inside. The staff were brilliant from the reception which started with Rachel to the room service staff. The food was really nice there, it is well worth booking in to their restaurant for the breakfasts and the dinner. They tailored the meal to work around any requests we made. Had room service meals the other nights there and they were really nice. I will definitely stay there again.

The double room we stayed wasn't similar to the ones shown on the pictures on their website at all. Much smaller and old fashioned.

Lovely hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. Great pool. Room spacious. Food average and expensive. Some areas showing wear and tear, eg bathroom could do with a little bit of refurb but generally a good place to stay.

All good. Bar too busy for food as wedding guests having drinks. Had one drink with dinner and girl running after for 5euro was a bit silly. Cud not charge to room and no laser card facilities in dining room.
