The check-in and out was perfect. Early checkin was made available free of charge. Room was spacious and clean but in need of updating… big time!!

The reason I gave this rating is because the whole reason we went there was for my son's birthday for the pool and hot tub the hot tub was closed and the pool was very dirty

Close to a huge shopping/dining mall

Hotel was great, had trouble getting me checked in and was waiting at desk for 30 to 40 minutes waiting for them to figure out the booking. Pool and hot tub was also closed with no heads up when booking...

Only would have been better if the pool had been open.

It was a nice, comfy room. I was disappointed in the fact that their pool & hot tub was closed for maintenance. I picked this hotel for that reason. None the less, I enjoyed a couple beers at thr bar.

Pool was not clean when we went.

Friendly staff, helped us book shuttle to and from airport. Service was quick and efficient. Location is good for a layover, beds are comfortable. Heating / Cooling worked. Wish the pool was open though.

Always clean and accommodating

The hotel and staff were both amazing!! The cookies are such a great touch and are delicious! The pool is small, and thd hot tub was closed during our stay. Otherwise, everything was exceptional

Disappointed by any hotel charging a fee for outside parking in an open lot without security and then warning not to leave anything in your car because it is not safe. ?
