El personal muy amable y todo limpio.

This is a great option near the highway if you have an overnight stop. Close enough to walk to a shopping mall with loots of restaurants and shops. Free curb side parking. Great full breakfast!.

Habitación limpia, acogedora

I travel a lot and normally I like the Ibis hotel service, BUT I dont recommend the Ibis Alcorcon, the staff at the reception is really harsh, I even got to see one of the staff at the restaurant screaming at one guest because she took one piece of bread out when leaving the buffee.. and is ok to claim when is a rule but not like that humilliating the person in front of people.... and dont even try asking about surroundings or how to get a bus ...a real challenge the staff in this hotel is really rude

La habitación limpia. A mí parecer hubiera estado bien una toalla de cara, aunque está la opción de pedirla en recepción.

Pleasant staff, helped with all of our request. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was reasonably ok. Room was noisy as it was the last one of the wing. Only one towell. Other than that fair for a two star hotel

El personal es grosero y tiene una pésima atención

Nel complesso sufficiente. Mi è stata assegnata una camera diversa da quella prenotata e ho dovuto chiedere il cambio. La chiave/tessera per entrare creava problemi per l'apertura della porta. Viene dato solo un asciugamano grande per ospite. Per raggiungere la struttura dopo la mezzanotte ho dovuto prendere un taxi perché la strada dalla stazione della metropolitana più vicina non mi sembrava sicura.

El aire acondicionado nunca enfrió el cuarto. La cama solo tenia la sabana puesta y no la ropa de cama. La puerta de la habitación no funcionaba al primer intento. Los huevos duros del desayuno era ácidos y el huevo revuelto sospechosamente no tenia textura de huevo.

No pude dormir en toda la noche por el ruido de los equipos técnicos del edificio encima de las habitaciones, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Hotel en estado pesimo La moqueta de la habitacion tiene mas vida que yo!

La estancia ha sido totalmente buena Sugiero revisen el aspecto de el aire acondicionado
