great staffs, convenience location

we had a nice King Suite, just like we ordered, but our A/c conked out and we had to change rooms at 10 pm.to a different smaller type of room (missing a shower curtain) The staff was great, trying to fix it and then accomodating us, but perhaps the hotel should have given us a break on the room or something

From check in to check out, our stay was nothing short of fabulous!! Tiana and Ashley at the front desk were so sweet and friendly. Any time we had a question, needed something for our room, or needed a recommendation, they had the answer or solution right away and with a smile! My daughter was so happy to see a sign stating there was a library, but we couldn't see where it was. Ashley showed me where it was located (just off of the lobby and dining area), and my kids were all thrilled with the little library! There were even puzzles that my 4 year old could do there. Our queen suite was clean, super cozy, and far exceeded our expectations. I would rate them 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Can't wait to return for another visit!

This was not the room I had booked online. The room was spacious, but very sterile. There was nothing comfortable or inviting about it. Every time we used the toilet we had to remove the tank cover and jiggle something in the tank to stop the water. I will definitely be looking at booking through another brand of hotel for my next stay.

The woman that checked us in was so super friendly. Our room was absolutely huge. Everything was nice and updated and super clean and the room smelled so good. My only tiny complaint is that the dishwasher which we didn’t use is super super old and the blinds were all cracked from being used so much. We definitely will come back to this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The bed was super comfortable!!! I also was able to grab a coffee on the fly when we left very early this morning.

We stayed in one of the bigger rooms with two large queen beds, living room, and kitchenette. Overall the hotel and room was really nice and spacious, my only complaint is that there were no blinds to keep the light out of the room at sunrise. There was just a clear plastic shade over the window that let all the light in. Other than the light issue, great stay.

The room was clean. The price is competitive. The breakfast included was very good. The property is quiet.

We liked that the room was big and spacious and had a good size fridge and microwave. But the shade on the window was all torn up and had holes in it so we couldn’t get it dark in the room which made it hard for our two year old to go to sleep and it made the room look run down. We also had a problem at check in. We called and told our room would be ready at 2. So we got hot food and showed up at 2:30 to be told our room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t ready until 3 and our food was cold by then. And we have 4 children who were very unhappy to sit in the car for so long waiting.

So yikes. This property is pretty rough. We got to the room and the toilet was running so loud it was deafening. Additionally the hallways were hot and it was clear the rooms AC hadn’t been working or just turned on. The floors were so slick with condensation. It was pretty dingy and many things were not in working order. The only positive I can say is they refunded our money quickly and we stayed somewhere else.

All was good, will definitely stay again when I make it back in the area.

The hotel was not running smoothly during our stay. They were paving and there was not clear information about parking. By night there was no where to park and we needed help from management which was hard to come by. The sheets were dirty, the staff was often difficult to find and my credit card was double charged. Not a good experience at all.

First off, there wasn't a sign for the hotel so we weren't sure where the front door was located. It looks like there were renovations going on in the hotel, which is fine. However, I feel as though that is something that should be stated before booking. The room was very warm because the air conditioner wasn't on, then the thermostat just flashed low battery and the room never cooled off until early morning (about 2am). Then there was no curtain in the window so as soon as the sun rose we were awake whether we wanted to be or not. The window looked out onto trees which bordered another property, so not much of a view. The bathroom looked half remodeled, but there was peeling paint in shower, no working fan and the fan itself was filthy. The refrigerator was easily pulled out from under cabinet. There was noise in the hallways, but I will say it quieted down. We parked in the garage under the hotel, but it was very dirty and low lighting...didn't feel safe at all. The complimentary coffee that is out was ice cold. The breakfast selection was decent, however the bagels were stale so we tried the cereal and that was stale also, and the "hot" items were barely lukewarm. The cranberry juice was so watered down it looked like pink lemonade. Overall we weren't happy with the hotel considering how much one night cost...we won't be staying there again.

Really good overall. Staff was sweet and caring. It was clean and the hotel room was larger than I expected. The furniture was nice and modern, and there was a downstairs coffee and tea bar 24hrs. The fitness room was pretty small.

Cheese omelet at breakfast was delicious, power shower was great, too. Suite Room very spacious!
