Hotel muito limpo, organizado, quarto sensacional e amplo, ar condicionado bacana, banheiro super legal, café da manhã com variedade e tudo muito bem feito, atendentes sempre dispostos. Perto do shopping Manauara, caminhada sem perigo. Realmente um excelente hotel. Venho à Manaus de férias, pescar, o hotel é uma excelente escala para descansar o corpo e curtir a cidade, indico sempre!

O Hotel é bom, o café da manhã incrível... Mas achei o quarto barulhento devido ao movimento do trânsito em frente, pois tenho sono leve...

Good rooms except that some of them are owner apartments and it is not stated on the booking. The owner apt I’m in is not as clean and maintained as the actual hotel room I was in.

o Hotel está precisando de mais cuidados. Está um pouco antigo.

A única coisa que não gostei foi a questão da iluminação do quarto, achei um pouco escuro.

They tried to charge me for having a guest, a schoolar friend, that came to chat within the hotel dependencies . It was said that I could only have my friend for one hour. Horrorizes were felt, totally unpleasant, it is not a “real” Mercure. The staff are hostile. Not getting back while on Manaus.

Hotel precisa de uma reforma pois tudo é velho elevador, banheiro,corredor...

The property is well located to the shopping center, dinners were good. Breakfast is available with a good number of options.
